JOB SUMMARY:


The R&D Lab Assistant is responsible for the overall organization of the lab: making sure all ingredients are labeled, in stock and stored in its proper location as well as oversee the overall cleanliness. The R&D lab assistant is also responsible for logging all data as it pertains to samples, ingredient specifications and other pertinent information. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to set process standards as well as identify opportunities to improve standard practices with the goal of driving continuous improvement for the laboratory.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

§ Logs samples and ingredients specifications and related pertinent information. Reports any changes in the specifications to the supervisor.

§ Operates and maintains scientific instruments, including, but not limited to pH meters, moisture analyzer, water activity meter, loaf volume meter, rheofermentometer, and texture analyzer.

§ Assists in new product development and pilot testing for different brand ingredients and products.

§ Assists bake testing activities, evaluates dough rheology, dough handling characteristics, and manages scoring of finished baked goods such as croissant, Danish, and muffins.

§ Records testing information and files laboratory report.

§ Performs routine lab tasks (e.g. replenish sour) and scientific analysis with strict methodology.

§ Maintains a lab environment that is clean, organized, and stocked to perform lab test.

§ Organizes and controls all raw and finished samples.

§ Follows up on product testing and records all pertinent data.

§ Assist with nutrition management.

§ Assist with ingredients and supply sourcing.

§ Develops relevant knowledge and skills.

§ Other duties as required.


 

Ingredient Specification Management

  • Support quality control system for incoming ingredients through coordination with R&D, Food Safety, Quality Control and Purchasing Department.
  • Maintains ingredients and sample specifications accurately and up to date. Reports any changes in the specifications to the supervisor.
  • Creates and maintains company product specifications.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Science or related field.
  • Computer data entry skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
  • Experience in baking field preferred.

Job Description

The HSS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining health, safety, and security programs that protect employees, visitors, and contractors while ensuring compliance with Veolia HSS standards and all federal, state, and local regulations. This role conducts risk assessments, manages audits and inspections, delivers training, investigates incidents, and facilitates injury case management. Partners with Business Unit management and site leaders to implement behavioral-based safety programs, drive continuous improvement in safety culture, and provide HSS technical expertise for operations, new business pursuits, and project start-ups. Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, and manages HSS policies, procedures, and program elements to improve supervisor and employee safety culture and behaviors in alignment with Veolia Standards.
  • Collaborates with utility HSS leadership team to develop corporate HSS standards, assists in budget development and goal setting, and serves as mentor/resource for Project Safety Coordinators and liaison between Operations and HSS management.

Work Environment:

  • Office environment with daily exposure to water and/or wastewater plant environment (exposure to chemicals and moving equipment), field visits with crews working on highway settings (traffic exposure), exposure to outside weather conditions (winter - summer).
  • The noise level around heavy equipment and plant environments varies (hearing protection may be required).


Education/Experience/Background:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of related experience in HSS compliance.
  • Work experience in the construction industry.

Pay Range: $115,000 to $125,000 per year.

The Supply & Distribution Planning Specialist is responsible for end-to-end supply planning and distribution planning across multiple B2C channels and warehouses.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in their search for a hands‑on Plant Production Manager to lead all production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant fulfillment of gas orders (industrial, medical, laboratory, and specialty gases). This role drives production performance, leads a high‑performing team of nine employees, oversees quality and regulatory standards, and ensures smooth day‑to‑day plant operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and coordinate daily production operations to meet cost, quality, safety, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Oversee production scheduling, inventory needs, staffing, and workflow to ensure timely order fulfillment without delays or backorders.
  • Hire, train, and develop a cohesive, high‑performing team; provide coaching and performance feedback.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation, daily fill logs, certifications, and regulatory records.
  • Monitor and enforce product quality and gas purity standards.
  • Coordinate cylinder testing, shipping, maintenance, and equipment replacement.
  • Serve as backup for Lab Technician and Dispatcher; assist with cylinder filling and deliveries as needed.
  • Maintain and update ISO policies, procedures, and process documents.
  • Manage supply levels, spare parts, and equipment repairs.
  • Oversee plant assets and monthly production (approx. 30,000 cylinders).


Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical diploma in Mechanics, Plumbing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of production operations, equipment, safety regulations (DOT, OSHA, FDA), and quality control.
  • Proficient in MS Office; strong problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license; required to have applicable OSHA, DOT, and FDA certifications.
  • Leadership skills: the ability to provide direction, set goals, give feedback and identify opportunities for development
  • The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to convey information clearly and effectively verbally and in writing

Work Environment

  • Mix of office and plant floor exposure (noise, fumes, temperature extremes, industrial equipment).
  • Six‑day operational schedule; rotating Saturday schedule when needed.
  • On‑call availability 7 days per week for hospital service needs.

Job Description

The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and polished marketing and sales acumen to cultivate current office targets and develop new healthcare provider relationships within those offices. These skill sets will also be critical in educating on the clinical profile and first-in-class value of assigned products, addressing questions and concerns, and identifying signals of adoption. Furthermore, they will demonstrate the ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, and navigate pharmacy and insurance landscapes to support account needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regularly with field-based counterparts to ensure seamless execution of customer interactions and scheduling as appropriate.
  • Complete tasks and participate in projects as assigned by the field based Regional Sales Manager, as needed.
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback to field partners and team leadership regarding account sentiment, adoption signals, and opportunities for increased engagement.
  • Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines.
  • Work independently from a remote home office while collaborating cross-functionally in a coordinated territory model.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The Methadone Counselor position provides counseling to individuals receiving integrated substance abuse treatment and primary care services at the Substance Abuse Treatment Program.


Essential Functions:

• Comprehensive psychosocial.

• Instruct patients in program policies and procedures.

• Development, implementation, and review of treatment plans.

• Provision of substance abuse counseling to individuals, groups, and families. Counseling focusing on building motivation, educating, planning crisis intervention, relapse prevention and aftercare.

• Coordination of comprehensive services within the clinic for patients on counseling caseload.

• Monitoring of patients’ response to methadone medication treatment through individual counseling and toxicology review.

• Conduct vocational /educational and learning needs evaluation in psychosocial and ongoing as indicated. Provide referral as needed.

• Perform preliminary evaluation regarding mental health needs of patients on caseload (i.e. presence of psychiatric symptoms, suicidality, homicidality etc.)

• Evaluate patient eligibility for entitlements (Public Assistance, SSI, Medicaid etc.) Refer patients to appropriate agencies when indicated.

• Enter patient data into HRA/STARS computerized database.

• Acts as liaison between patient and outside agencies

• Attend regularly scheduled meetings. i.e. IDC’s, staff meetings, morning reports, case management meetings, and other team meetings determined to be necessary.

• Maintains required records on patients and updates progress notes as required. Ensures clinical chart contains necessary information regarding patient’s status and other information required by the program policies and regulatory agencies. Completes all required forms and treatment plans.

• Assist patients with referral to other services and agencies determined to be necessary to the recovery process (i.e. shelters, detox units, legal counsel, etc.)

• Give case presentations in supervision, IDC meetings, daily reports.

• Ensure all counselor specific billable services are billed and perform follow-ups to billing (delinquent payments, obtaining information required to bill, confirming and updating billing information, etc.)

• Attendance at seminars, trainings and grand rounds which are determined to be important to staff development.

• Counselors will directly supervise the collection of toxicology samples for all patients as required by federal and state regulations.

• Meet with family members, significant others and outside providers as determined to be necessary and appropriate for clinical management and care.


Qualifications:

• One year’s work experience as an addiction’s counselor (preferably with methadone clients) and a BA or BS degree required. CASAC or license in social work, mental health counseling or a related field is also required.

• Twelve core functions of counselors

• Knowledge of governmental, private and community programs and entitlements available to patients, familiarity with various state and federal regulations

• Knowledge of computer software

• Experience with recognizing signs of neglect or abuse of children, adults or elderly


The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.
