The Methadone Counselor position provides counseling to individuals receiving integrated substance abuse treatment and primary care services at the Substance Abuse Treatment Program.
Essential Functions:
• Comprehensive psychosocial.
• Instruct patients in program policies and procedures.
• Development, implementation, and review of treatment plans.
• Provision of substance abuse counseling to individuals, groups, and families. Counseling focusing on building motivation, educating, planning crisis intervention, relapse prevention and aftercare.
• Coordination of comprehensive services within the clinic for patients on counseling caseload.
• Monitoring of patients’ response to methadone medication treatment through individual counseling and toxicology review.
• Conduct vocational /educational and learning needs evaluation in psychosocial and ongoing as indicated. Provide referral as needed.
• Perform preliminary evaluation regarding mental health needs of patients on caseload (i.e. presence of psychiatric symptoms, suicidality, homicidality etc.)
• Evaluate patient eligibility for entitlements (Public Assistance, SSI, Medicaid etc.) Refer patients to appropriate agencies when indicated.
• Enter patient data into HRA/STARS computerized database.
• Acts as liaison between patient and outside agencies
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings. i.e. IDC’s, staff meetings, morning reports, case management meetings, and other team meetings determined to be necessary.
• Maintains required records on patients and updates progress notes as required. Ensures clinical chart contains necessary information regarding patient’s status and other information required by the program policies and regulatory agencies. Completes all required forms and treatment plans.
• Assist patients with referral to other services and agencies determined to be necessary to the recovery process (i.e. shelters, detox units, legal counsel, etc.)
• Give case presentations in supervision, IDC meetings, daily reports.
• Ensure all counselor specific billable services are billed and perform follow-ups to billing (delinquent payments, obtaining information required to bill, confirming and updating billing information, etc.)
• Attendance at seminars, trainings and grand rounds which are determined to be important to staff development.
• Counselors will directly supervise the collection of toxicology samples for all patients as required by federal and state regulations.
• Meet with family members, significant others and outside providers as determined to be necessary and appropriate for clinical management and care.
Qualifications:
• One year’s work experience as an addiction’s counselor (preferably with methadone clients) and a BA or BS degree required. CASAC or license in social work, mental health counseling or a related field is also required.

The Creative Arts Therapist will lead an afternoon recreation/social skills program designed for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (age 3-21), from 2PM to 5 PM Mon-Thursday. The therapist will design, implement, and facilitate recreational, social-skills, and developmental activities that promote engagement, communication, and personal growth in a supportive, structured environment.
Essential Functions
- Completes intake screenings and initial psychosocial assessments of prospective patients and families (10%).
- Comprehensive intake evaluations will be completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Establishes family centered plan of care with patient/ family input in collaboration from the interdisciplinary team. Develops an individualized treatment plan at the appropriate intervals for all patients on assigned caseload (10%).
- Individualized treatment plans will be developed within 30 days of admission. Ensures adherence to the treatment plan.
- Provides developmentally appropriate therapeutic creative arts interventions for individual and group support.
- Recognizes, addresses, and utilizes therapeutic creative arts interventions to facilitate mastery and coping 30%).
- Performs creative arts clinical interventions that facilitate optimal client functioning and reduction of substance use.

Role Description:
The purpose of a Clinical Informatics Specialist (CIS or Medical Scribe) at Oak Street Health is to support our primary care providers with clinical documentation so that they can focus on providing exceptional care to our patients. Scribes assist providers throughout the patient care journey - huddling each morning to plan for the day's visits, joining them in the exam room to observe and document, and touching base after the visit to assist with next steps.
Beyond the typical Scribe role, these important care team members serve as clinical documentation assistants to their paired provider. Internally, we call them CISs (Clinic Informatics Specialists) in recognition of their important role in supporting accurate, specific, and timely clinical documentation. In addition to observing and documenting all patient encounters in real time, our Scribes become experts in our value-based care model and the documentation and care of chronic conditions, including ICD-10 and CPT coding. Scribes use this expertise to help providers identify and help close care gaps. Scribes receive extensive on-the-job training in clinical workflows, value-based medicine, preventative care for chronic conditions, accurate and specific documentation, population health data streams, and team based care.
Because our patients and providers rely on our Scribes, the ideal candidate should commit at least 1-2 years to this role. The Commercial Sales Manager’s (CSM) primary duty is developing an effective sales team. The CSM is required to spend 70-80% of their time each workweek in the field with sales consultants observing and coaching effective sales skills. The territory includes Northern New Jersey, New York City, and Staten Island.

This position offers a total target compensation range of $140,000 to $178,000 annually. This includes a base salary plus an uncapped target sales incentive bonus. Actual compensation within this range will depend on skills, experience, and performance.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Achieving team sales and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Growing market share through sales consultant networking, lead and referral generation.
- Achieving team profitability goals through building value and strategic discounting with error-rate control.
- Assisting sales consultants with acquiring new customers and securing initial sales opportunities.
- Developing sales consultants’ ability to engage customers in consultative sales interactions, overcoming objections and reinforcing their techniques to closing the sale during all customer interactions.
- Recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and retaining high performing sales consultants with HR support.
- Partnering with sales consultants to represent Pella at company sponsored events, professional group’s invitations to discuss and/or present Pella products, trade association meetings and/or builder home shows.
- Developing sales consultants to maintain exceptional level of expertise of products/services relating to Pella’s customers and their ability to advise customers on manufacturer installation guidelines and field measure openings to ensure accuracy of product applications.
- Ensuring sales consultants’ quotes and orders accurately follow the Commercial Selling Process.
- Driving customer retention and satisfaction by encouraging sales consultants to act as their customers’ central point of contact with Pella, and follow up with existing and potential clients as needed; i.e. send hand written thank-you cards to customers as a proactive measure of customer engagement.
- Encouraging independent decision making while striving for first-time resolution on all client problems/issues. Responding to escalated client concerns with sales consultant’s involvement.
- Evaluating performance and providing appropriate coaching and training as necessary.
- Leveraging customer database tools to develop sales consultants’ ability to manage all customer interactions.
- Fostering a cooperative team environment conducive to the sharing of best practices pertaining to sales challenges and competitive market information.
- Collaborating with Service/Operations teams to ensure successful after sales service requirements and installations.
- Interacting with Accounts Receivable department to address any potential billing/payment issues of customers.
- Assisting Sales GM with developing marketing tactics and events.
- Assisting in the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Developing presentations to communicate progress to a variety of Pella audiences.
- Working variable, non-traditional hours making themselves available for sales consultants and customers during evenings and weekends.

Education and/or Experience

As a Technical Lead (SAP) in the Record-to-Report (RTR area) we
expect this developer to participate in project ABAP Build and development
activities to support the successful business adoption of the new solution.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review Functional Specifications from the Functional and Product Teams
and ensure they are complete and ready for technical design and
development
Provide work effort estimates work with the workstream leads to update
ADO tool for reporting out RICEFW status and dates
Suggest alternate technical designs in line with Clean Core best practices

Technical Skills
Experience as a Senior Developer with minimum of 8 years of hands-on
core SAP ABAP development and/or SAP Fiori UI5 experience. Knowledge

scale SAP S/4 implementation project
Need to have a strong understanding of Finance based SAP design and
process flows around GL Account based Journal entry postings, Invoice
creation and posting, Accounts Payable and Receivable process, Revenue
Recognition and the use of substitution exits
Knowledge of underlying SAP S4 HANA FI Table structures and fields
Awareness of common API’s, BAPI’s and Function Modules in the FI area
related to financial postings, currency calculation, tax determination,
