About the Role

At POLYWOOD, our Customer Experience team does more than answer questions. They build trust, solve real problems, and create meaningful moments for customers who love our brand. As we prepare for interviews in early January with start dates at the end of the month, we're excited to welcome new team members who thrive on connection, clarity, and service that feels human.

This role is part of our Interval Flexpath program, offering full-time hours during peak season and built-in time off during the off-season, making it a perfect blend of stability, balance, and meaningful work.
