This position blends product knowledge, customer communication, and application support to ensure users get the most value from MetLogix solutions.
You’ll assist with product demonstrations, respond to technical inquiries, guide customers through application challenges, and support the commercial team with quoting, order management, and product training.
Internally, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, product development, and customer service teams to keep information flowing and customer needs addressed.
