Position Summary
Role Overview:
This role is responsible for MSI metrics, PVR's(Periodic validation reviews, spreadsheet validation, collecting business requirements for technology improvements.
Background & Context
This person will also collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth functioning of laboratory systems, instruments, and software, with a strong focus on compliance, data management, and process optimization in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily operations of QC laboratories, including troubleshooting issues with QC instruments and equipment.
* Assist with validation activities and documentation (including SIQ and SOQ protocols) to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Implement, maintain, and optimize excel macros and support spreadsheet validation for streamlined data processing and reporting.
* Coordinate and perform Windows upgrades, PC decommissions and software installations and upgrades for lab and operations computers.
* Provide technical support on eliminating manual processes and support feeding requirements to broader enterprise teams.
* Participate and evolve digital transformation by leveraging operations systems such as SAP, Infor, and MES systems (including POMS).
* Support process improvements and ensure data integrity across laboratory workflows.
* Perform Acronis and Nugenesis software installs on new lab PCs.
* Support the team with OSIPI data historian.
Qualification & Experience
* Experience working in GMP laboratory environments.
* Proficiency in Excel, including macro development and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with validation processes, SIQ/SOQ documentation.
* Knowledge of QC laboratory instruments and equipment maintenance. Knowledge on windows upgrade, Nugenesis and Acronis.
* Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and installations.

A scientist position is available within the Cell Culture Process Development group in PDS&T Biologics at Client's Bioresearch Center in Worcester, MA. The group is responsible for developing and supporting cell culture manufacturing processes for early and late phase clinical programs. We strive for speedy delivery of quality processes that are high yield, amenable to efficient manufacturing operations, robust and provide desirable product quality attributes. The group interacts closely with other development groups and along with Manufacturing and Discovery. Key Responsibilities:

The Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist plays a critical role within our Learning Ecosystem, partnering closely with HR and with Team Members across the organization. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Curriculum.
In this position, you will own the tasks and activities related to Workday Learning, including building courses, learning paths, and programs. Also, maintaining regular assignments and working with HR technology to build easy-to-use reporting for key training metrics and measures. REQUIRED:
- Minimum: Master’s degree + 2‑5 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s acceptable with 5 years strong hands‑on background
- Background in microbiology, immunology, cell/molecular biology, or biotech
- Hands‑on experience with NGS (Illumina MiSeq/iSeq) – must‑have
- Microfluidics: emulsion, droplet generation, custom or commercial systems
- B‑cell purification and handling
- Molecular biology: polymerase reactions, RNA/DNA purification, indexing
- Basic data analysis; familiarity with commercial sequencing software
- Scripting in Python or R for data processing (plus)
- Bioinformatics tools (IMGT, IgBLAST)
- Protein detection methods (ELISA, similar assays)

Job Description:
B-Cell Sequencing is the focus of this group - downstream (Extracting antibodies from individual B cells and sequencing them to find new drug candidates)
The successful candidate will support the development of new paired antibody sequencing technologies from single B cells using droplet microfluidics. Responsibilities include experimental planning and execution, comprehensive B cells sequencing analysis and presentation, and detailed documentation to support multiple programs across our in vivo antibody discovery portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Experimental Design & Execution: Independently design, execute and interpret experiments utilizing microfluidics to amplify heavy and light chain genes and generate DNA libraries for deep sequencing of single B cells captured in droplet emulsions.
- Understand the broad objectives of the project as well as their role in achieving those objectives, and modify the experimental plan when required. Set and meet experimental timelines.
- Molecular Techniques: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in conducting RNA isolation, and DNA purification, and related methods to amplify antibody heavy- and light-chain variable regions from single cells or lysates and submit DNA libraries for next generation sequencing (MiSeq/MiSeq i100).
- Bioinformatics Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive in silico antibody genetic analysis and data visualization using standard and custom antibody bioinformatic tools – to guide program decisions and deliver biotherapeutic candidates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to present/discuss experimental findings to ensure alignment with overall biotherapeutic development goals.

This role will support the organization, ensuring we attract and retain top talent across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver recruiting programs designed to bring top talent to Greenwood Industries and its partner companies through indirect and direct recruiting methods.
- Manage a dynamic requisition load of approximately 10 open roles at any given time.
- Alignment with Greenwood Executives to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and needs.
- Provide strategic recruiting expertise by staying informed of recruiting trends, best practices, social media, recruitment tools, legal developments, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons.
- Educate hiring managers on recruitment best practices and procedures to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with both government requirements for federal contractors and internal policies and procedures.
- Ensure a solid process of providing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent and a smooth interview and hiring process with the candidate’s experience in mind.
- Provide oversight and direction for all Talent Acquisition operations and compliance.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports the company's strategic objectives, focusing on executive, corporate, and field staff.
- Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

- Metrics & Reporting: Develop and analyze key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and drive data-informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for nonexempt, exempt and leadership positions.
- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking and communication skills are essential.
- Experience in all areas of sourcing such as social media, networking, employee referrals, job posting, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs.
