Job Responsibilities:

• Provide program-wide clinical guidance across multiple medical management domains including Utilization Management, Case Management, Quality, and Public Health.
• Lead and participate in quality committees and collaborative safety initiatives.
• Review member cases for appropriateness and quality of care; document findings in CareRadius and other health systems.
• Conduct peer-to-peer discussions with network providers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans related to clinical quality or provider performance.
• Collaborate closely with TriWest teams such as Clinical Operations, Data Analytics, and General Counsel.
• Support the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in person or virtually during contingency operations, which may include 24/7 coverage.
• Provide clinical expertise on new technologies, treatment protocols, and population health initiatives.
• Interact with veterans and beneficiaries to support satisfaction and outcomes.
• Stay current with required licensure, board certification, and federal medical standards.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory, contractual, and operational compliance across our organization.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, licensing requirements, client obligations, and internal policies. The Compliance Manager will partner closely with Operations, HR, and Executive Leadership to mitigate risk, support audits, and strengthen a culture of accountability and integrity.

Essential Job Duties

• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Monitor federal, state, and local regulatory requirements impacting security operations
• Oversee company and employee licensing and registration compliance
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
• Ensure adherence to client contracts, SLAs, and regulatory standards

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Law, or related field (preferred)
• 3–7+ years of compliance, risk management, or regulatory experience
• Experience in the security, safety, or regulated services industry strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and audit processes
• Ability to interpret legal and contractual language
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and documentation skills

The expected hiring range for this position is $75,000- $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.

• Certified OB Surgical Technologist CST PRN
• The Certified Surgical Technologist functions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and performs delegated functions. Assumes responsibility to assist the surgeon by preparing and handling instruments, supplies, and equipment to maintain an aseptic environment through specific techniques and practices in the Labor & Delivery unit. He/she adheres to policy and procedures, observes Universal Precautions and is responsible for meeting the Standards of Care. Completes a competency skills checklist within 90 days of employment.
• Graduate from high school or equivalent program.
• Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• Current certification by the Liaison Council of Certification of the Association of Surgical Technologist required.
• Minimum 1-year acute care experience within a Labor and Delivery unit.
