Role Overview
The Immigration Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in handling removal proceedings, appellate matters, and federal litigation, including asylum, 42B, Adjustment of status, Voluntary departure, bond hearings, motions practice, BIA appeals, and habeas corpus petitions. This role requires strong organizational skills, legal writing ability, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Support removal defense matters before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), including preparation and filing of Form EOIR-28, I-589 (defensive asylum), 42B/A, voluntary departure, withholding only, I-485, I-751, and various motions (e.g., motions to reopen, reconsider, continuances, administrative closure, and termination).
- Draft client declarations, affidavits, and assemble comprehensive supporting evidence and exhibit packets for court proceedings.
- Prepare and organize hearing filings, track immigration court deadlines, and ensure timely submissions in compliance with court requirements.
- Assist with appellate matters before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), including Notices of Appeal (EOIR-26), appellate briefs, motions (reopen, reconsider, remand), and administrative record compilation.
- Ensure strict adherence to BIA filing deadlines, briefing schedules, and procedural requirements while coordinating with attorneys on legal research and drafting.
- Support bond and detention matters by preparing bond packages, coordinating with detention facilities and families, and assisting in bond hearing preparation.
- Assist in federal litigation matters before U.S. District Courts, including preparation of habeas corpus petitions, temporary restraining orders (TROs), and supporting filings.
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates, procedural requirements, and document collection, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
- Maintain accurate and organized case records using case management systems such as Clio, while tracking case progress and ensuring compliance with internal workflows.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members to ensure high-quality case preparation, efficiency, and adherence to legal standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in immigration law (family-based and removal defense preferred; business immigration experience is a plus).
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required) – written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The Associate Director, BU Technical Services (or Technical Services Leader (TSL)) provides strategic technical leadership to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations aligned with business unit objectives. This role is accountable for technical strategy, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives while integrating digital technologies to improve performance, cost, gross margin and service. The TSL partners cross-functionally to solve complex technical challenges, develop technical talent, and drive sustainable business results.
In this role, you will:
- Lead BU technical strategy, product and process innovation (including product quality and services for internal and external manufacturers), capital planning, and execution of capital projects and technical programs aligned in alignment with BU and Supply Chain strategies.
- Provide people leadership for multi‑site technical teams, including talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, HSE, Planning, and Commercial teams to address complex technical and business priorities and challenges. Develop business case justifications while defining strategic plans and tactical scenarios to enhance supply chain performance, capabilities, and BU/enterprise initiatives.
- Accountable to drive performance outcomes through operational excellence, capital one-right way process, reliability, process improvement, risk assessment/management, external partners, and integration of digital manufacturing tools (Clorox Manufacturing System, Asset Management / Predictive Maintenance), and participation or BU representation in Technical Community of Practice Teams.
- This role interacts regularly with plant leadership, operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, HSE, R&D, (center) supply chain, risk management and commercial partners. The TSL also collaborates with corporate technical experts, digital teams, and external vendors to deliver technical solutions.
- The role has high influence across the Business Unit and multiple manufacturing sites. Influence is exercised through setting technical direction, prioritizing capital investments with BU strategy, shaping continuous improvement initiatives, and developing technical capability across the organization.

SUMMARY
As a key member of the Preconstruction and Estimating team, the Estimator plays a critical role in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates across all project stages—from schematic through construction documents. The Estimator works closely with subcontractors, project teams, and clients to ensure every estimate reflects quality, precision, and strategic insight.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Estimating Excellence
- Prepare accurate and timely quantity takeoffs across multiple divisions.
- Interpret construction documents and plans to build estimates aligned with project goals.
- Solicit, analyze, and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing and scopes.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, site walks, and post-bid interviews as needed.
- Develop unit costs and assist in value engineering for cost savings.
- Communicate technical questions with architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Constantly seek to improve knowledge of construction technologies and estimating tools.
- Maintain proficiency in estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff, iSqFt, and related tools.
- Independently manage assigned scopes while supporting larger estimates in collaboration with senior staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent field experience considered.
- 7-10 years of preconstruction or estimating experience on commercial construction projects.
- Broad knowledge of construction materials, systems, and methods—particularly in structural, MEP, and finish trades.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant based in Canton, GA. The Office Administrative Assistant will handle various tasks such as providing administrative support to team members, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining organized clerical records, and assisting with executive administrative responsibilities. Additional duties may include managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative and Clerical skills to maintain organized records, manage documentation, and support daily office operations
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication to handle calls professionally and effectively interact with team members and clients
- Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and scheduling
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are preferred
Fox Building Company is commercial general contractor located in Norcross, Georgia. We have plans for significant growth and we are seeking a qualified individual to help us drive that growth.
This role is responsible for preparing sections of schematic, design development and construction document estimates including soliciting and evaluating subcontractor bids, and scopes of work, preparing quantity surveys, reviewing project plans and specifications for all CSI (Construction Specific Institute) categories of work.
Essential Functions
Performs accurate, thorough and timely quantity takeoffs for all levels of project documents (schematic, design development, construction documents).
Develops accurate and concise clarifications and assumptions with project management team’s assistance.
Obtains clarification on plans and specifications from architects and engineers when necessary.
Solicits and analyzes subcontractor and vendor pricing input when required.
Attends project site pre-bid meetings, site tours, and post-bid interviews as required.
Develops unit costs accurately.
Performs technical/plan review when required.
Considers and understands problems, and identifies appropriate solutions.
Develops knowledge in building designs, systems and construction materials through available resources.
Accurately assesses and plans takeoff workload.
Constantly strives to improve individual capabilities, performance and expand knowledge of construction technologies and techniques.
Builds effective relationships with customers, design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support company core values and meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations.
Minimum Requirements
1 year or more of commercial construction estimating experience
Knowledgeable in some of the following: civil/site construction, foundation and structural systems, miscellaneous metals, casework, doors, specialties, interior finishes, exterior building wall systems, mechanical and electrical systems and the costs of these systems.
Strong computer skills including the ability to use estimating software, word process, spread sheets, and company communication tools, such as email, internet and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management or related Engineering field.
Possess good organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to develop new skills and knowledge quickly.
Resourceful and diligent in seeking solutions to problems and adapting to new situations.
Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.

Responsibilities:About the Role
During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:
- Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
- Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
- Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
- Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
- Provide services at the member’s place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities

- Flexibility – Visits are scheduled based on YOUR availability. We conduct assessments Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm. You can work during the day, evening, and/or weekend based on your schedule.
- Competitive Pay – Earn income based on the number of assessments you complete. Increase your earning potential by offering greater availability and traveling to see members outside your home location. Those completing a monthly average of 20 – 100 visits earn $1,800 – $11,500 per month. This is based on the per assessment completion rate range of $90 – $115 depending on your state of residence.

- Full-time (FT) Opportunities – Our PRN providers can transition to FT roles supporting their home location, or a state or region – and receive a FT sign on bonus.
Skills & Experience That Shine
- Master’s Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure
- Current NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority as needed
- AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty
- Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification
- 1 year of NP experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply!
- Valid state driver's license for the state of residence
- Automobile insurance coverage requiring for the state of residence (or ability to obtain)
- Bodily Injury: $100,000 per person/$300,000 per incident
- Property Damage: $50,000
- Collision and comprehensive deductibles: $1,000 or less
