Job Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Registered Nurse for Admission and Discharge, the top priority is delivering exceptional patient-centered care. They are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and efficient transition for patients coming in and out of acute care hospital settings. Specialized assessment skills help ensure that patients are placed in the appropriate care areas and discharged. We offer education and post-hospitalization care as necessary. What will you do in this role:
- Obtains a nursing assessment history, and ensures proper inpatient care unit admission. Takes appropriate action when needed, such as communicating special circumstances to physicians and/or care team or reporting indications of abuse or neglect.
- Completes and facilitates the completion of required documentation, such as admission assessments, risk assessments, medication reconciliation, discharge paperwork, and post-hospital documentation.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about a patient’s medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete knowledge.
- Completes extra discharge documentation, education, and discharge care for special patient populations, to ensure compliance with core measures for discharge.
- Ensures patients /families/caregivers receive copies of discharge paperwork and any other documentation needed, such as referrals for ongoing care, educational materials, etc.
- Coordinates with House Supervisors/Nursing Administration to prioritize workload and identify greatest need areas to ensure smooth patient transitions.
- Demonstrates a time-conscious awareness and ability to prioritize. Distinguishes between low and high-priority activities.

Job Summary and QualificationsThe Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Job Summary and QualificationsWe are currently seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist on a full-time basis. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will perform diagnostic and therapeutic technical procedures utilizing radiopharmaceuticals in a careful, compassionate and respectful manner. Your tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- · Use radioactive isotopes to perform organ and body scans
- · Prepare radioactive isotopes for administration to patients in accordance with physicians' orders and record dosages accordingly
- · Perform diagnostic studies on patients using scanners or scintillation cameras to detect radiation emitted and produce images of organs on photographic film
- · Position patients and adjust immobilization devices
- · Compassionately explain procedures to patients and address any concerns

- · May assist with transporting patients as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree
- Graduate of an accredited and AMA-approved Nuclear Medicine Technology training program
- Clear/active State of Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
- Current Nuclear Medicine credential: NMTCB or ARRT (N)
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist required
- Current basic life support (BLS) certification upon hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs

Job Summary and QualificationsWe are currently seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist on a PRN basis. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will perform diagnostic and therapeutic technical procedures utilizing radiopharmaceuticals in a careful, compassionate and respectful manner. Your tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Use radioactive isotopes to perform organ and body scans
- Prepare radioactive isotopes for administration to patients in accordance with physicians' orders and record dosages accordingly
- Perform diagnostic studies on patients using scanners or scintillation cameras to detect radiation emitted and produce images of organs on photographic film
- Position patients and adjust immobilization devices
- Compassionately explain procedures to patients and address any concerns
- Monitor, record and communicate utilizing computerized documentation
- May assist with transporting patients as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree
- Graduate of an accredited and AMA-approved Nuclear Medicine Technology training program
- Clear/active State of Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
- Current Nuclear Medicine credential: NMTCB or ARRT (N)
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist required
- Current basic life support (BLS) certification upon hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities
- Perform root canal therapy, retreatment, and apical surgery procedures to the highest standards of care
- Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues
- Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to develop and execute treatment plans for patients
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients to educate them on their treatment options and help them make informed decisions about their oral health
- Ensure that all treatment is performed in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Keep accurate and detailed patient records in our practice management system

Qualifications
Requirements:

What you'll be doing:
Lead Material Handling Equipment Operator: As a Lead Material Handling Equipment Operator, you'll mentor and train new material handlers and fill in for supervisors as needed. You'll be lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets and maintaining a safe and clean workspace as you go. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures.
