Job Description Summary: This position ensures delivery of evidence-based practice by professional nursing personnel and other staff in designated areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities And Duties: 50% Patient Care: 1.
Assists the Manager in accountability for ongoing delivery of patient care in area(s) of responsibility; assures application of the nursing process by Registered Nurses in the clinical setting (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation); assures documentation of patient care in the medical record.
Addresses concerns and resolves problems.
Uses data from various sources to initiate continuous quality improvement within the department/unit.
Coordinates nursing care in collaboration with other healthcare disciplines and assists in integrating services across the continuum of health care.
Ensures nursing practice in a safe environment.
Participates in process improvement activities and root cause analysis investigations.
Assists the Manager with fiscal responsibility at the unit level.

Job Description Summary: OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital is hiring a full-time registered Radiation Therapist in the Radiation Oncology department.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am
- 4:30pm.
This is a large and busy Radiation Oncology department located in two locations within the hospital and requires a therapist to be on call for add on or urgent cases.
Call is rotated on a weekly basis among the 11 therapists.
The department consists of three Linear Accelerators and two CTs.
They also provide High Dose Rate Brachytherapy in the department.
Delivers radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist.
Prepares patients for a course of Radiation Therapy inclusive of simulation, dose calculations and acquiring of treatment parameters.
Responsibilities And Duties: 35% Administers Radiation Therapy treatments on a daily basis.
20% Maintains daily record of treatment, inclusive of daily dosages and calculations and other necessary treatment records.
5% Performs simulations, acquires treatment parameters, patient contours and dose calculations.

This fast-paced environment is at the forefront of the electrophysiology field, utilizing cutting-edge technology to provide exceptional care to our patients.
The EP Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Electrophysiologist for non-invasive and invasive procedures.
The technologist must have knowledge of the X-ray equipment in use, arrhythmia monitoring, cardio structures, anatomy of the heart chambers, and sterile technique.
As an Electrophysiology Lab RT(R), you will play a critical role in assisting with electrophysiological procedures managing the fluoro systems and scrubbing alongside our physicians ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Your expertise will contribute to treating cardiac arrhythmias using the latest advancements in medical technology.

OhioHealth's Mobile Stroke Treatment Unit is hiring a full-time CT Technologist.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated individuals in responding to 911 calls specifically to treat stroke patients.
The mobile unit is staffed by advanced practice providers, CT techs and paramedics specially trained in stroke care and connects virtually with OhioHealth stroke neurologists during the drive to the hospital.
It also has an onboard CT scanner and point-of-care laboratory testing equipment, ensuring that strokes are diagnosed and treated as soon as possible.
For this position, the Mobile Stroke Treatment Unit (MSTU) CT Technologist serves in a specialized clinical and operational role supporting the delivery of advanced stroke care in a mobile environment.
In addition to performing high-quality CT imaging, this role serves as a key operational and administrative contributor to the MSTU program.
The MSTU CT Technologist will participate in imaging workflow coordination, quality improvement initiatives, operational readiness, training support, and program development activities.
This position works closely with program leadership, neurologists, radiologists, EMS personnel, IT teams, and vendor partners to ensure efficient, safe, and innovative stroke imaging delivery.
This role provides a unique opportunity for experienced CT technologists seeking to expand into leadership, program development, and administrative functions within a nationally recognized mobile stroke program.
Responsibilities And Duties: Obtains patient clinical history for procedure.
Reviews lab values and screens patient for allergies to determine contraindications to contrast media.
