About the role
In this role, the Medical Lab Scientist is responsible for supporting the delivery of patient care by performing laboratory testing that is utilized in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. This includes waived, moderate and high complexity testing. *Experience with waived, moderate, and high complexity testing in a clinical laboratory setting through education or work experience required*
What you'll do
- Performs all laboratory testing, including the pre-examination phase in accordance with standard operating procedures and accreditation guidelines to support the delivery of patient care.
- Conducts and documents established quality control procedures on analytical tests, equipment, reagents, media, and products; evaluates the results of quality control testing and implements corrective action according to established protocols to ensure the accuracy and quality of patient testing.

The Warehouse Operations Director is responsible for the operational excellence of all aspects of AAR’s Global warehouse operations; provides overall guidance and oversight in the areas of execution, technology, infrastructure, safety, streamlining and interfacing with AAR business and operational entities, internal and external customers, continuous process improvements, and developing and monitoring related key performance indicators. This role blends leadership with active participation, requiring someone who can interact, manage and guide people and contribute directly to the success and growth of the organization.
What you will be responsible for:
- Take lead on operational excellence and logistical functions of AAR’s global warehouses, with a focus on streamlines processes, efficiencies, productivity, infrastructure requirements, technology, hands-on management and compliance.
- Actively assist in overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory management.
- Own operational strategy, execution, and continuous improvement for internal and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods worldwide.
- In depth understanding of global import and export operations and requirements, ensuring compliance with all customs, trade, and regulatory requirements.
- Customs filings and documentation to ensure timely and accurate clearance.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams on trade regulations, audits, duty optimization, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and adapt to changes in global trade laws, tariffs, and regulations.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into global performance and risks.
- Define, implement, and monitor global KPIs and metrics; adjust activities to improve efficiency and workflows.
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with business growth, customer service, and cost objectives.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
- Performs the duties of associates supervised and all other duties as assigned.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Act as a point of escalation to resolve daily operational issues and discrepancies.
- Develop and communicate daily/weekly/monthly goals to staff and management.

What you need to be successful in this role:
- 10+ years of experience in global supply chain, warehouse management or logistics management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to lead global operations, ensuring compliance with international trade laws, managing customs, documentation, tariffs, and optimizing cross-border processes.
- Strong understanding of import/export management and customs filing.
- Experience supporting 3PL warehouses and management of inventory.
- Demonstrated ability to define, analyze, and report on warehouse metrics.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams while actively participating in warehouse operations.
- Ability to effectively communicate to leadership, peers and team members. Must be able to shift communication styles to interact successfully across departments.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. Position Description
As a member of OX’s Technology team, the Business Analyst will be a highly self-motivated and self-directed team member with the ability to work in a constantly changing environment. They will have a proven analytical background that is logical and efficient with keen attention to detail. They will have an exceptional ability to recommend solutions that are reasonable, actionable, and cost-effective including the ability to properly gauge requirements. The Business Analyst will be able to fulfill multiple roles while identifying, improving, and developing solutions that drive client’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive conversation between several functions with client & agency including: Business Leaders, IT, Design, UX to gather needed information to produce Business Requirements to support a product vision
- Understand high level technical architecture and help identify gaps between existing systems and what will be needed for a successful product
- Translate business requirements into user stories
- Work closely with UX/UI and agency dev teams to ensure designs and builds are aligned to user stories and that all functional teams have the information they need to build/design in a timely fashion
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure proper testing
- Manage user acceptance testing and business related training with the client
- Maintain all feature planning and backlog documentation
- Maintain all action logs between client and agency teams
Required Experience
- 4+ years of BA or Product Management experience
- Must have experience with JIRA + Confluence
- Proven experience working in an agency or consulting environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple client projects, deliver high-quality results, and adapt to diverse business needs and industries
- Experience working with UX, Product Design and Development teams
- Experience working closely with various business teams to define requirements
- Experience working with and presenting work to client stakeholders
- Understanding of different tools and ways to tease out the right information needed for requirements definition through process flows for users, systems and client workflows
- Be process-oriented, but more importantly have the ability to be flexible and change process when needed
- Ability to work within an agile environment
- Experience leading remote teams
- Experience working in B2B
- Experience with working with enterprise level and smaller technologies
- Mobile and/or Web app project experience
