Professional Description

Responsible for evaluating and underwriting all mortgage loan products offered by the client, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while minimizing risk exposure within the mortgage portfolio.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • Effectively manages a pipeline of appraisal assignments, monitors due dates, and ensures timely updates to support service-level expectations.
  • Communicates changes, revisions, and corrections to production staff, appraisers, and appraisal vendors following the initial submission of appraisal reports, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up.
  • Responds to inquiries from production teams and other business units regarding appraisal reviews and advanced underwriting matters, documenting all findings in internal systems.
  • Reviews and issues decisions on appraisal reports, including adding loan conditions, issuing counteroffers, or determining loan denials when appropriate.
  • Evaluates property-related contract factors—such as age restrictions, HOA requirements, and private utilities (water, septic, roads)—to determine their impact on the transaction.
  • Conducts thorough examinations of all components of appraisal reports, including supplemental forms, ensuring that deficiencies, required repairs, or special considerations are accurately noted.
  • Assesses the acceptability and marketability of collateral to ensure the property adequately secures the loan.
  • Utilizes diverse resources—such as International Building Code standards, local zoning and building contacts, tax records, real estate databases, member-provided documentation, and title reports—to support sound underwriting decisions while maintaining a positive member experience.
  • Makes informed decisions regarding investment risk based on established, investor, and regulatory guidelines; escalates recommendations for denial or exceptions when properties do not meet required standards.
  • Communicates professionally, proactively, and confidently with appraisers, appraisal vendors, and internal business partners.

Staff Engineer-Scroll Compressor Motor Design

**Job Responsibilities**

1.Responsible for the planning of the new generation of scroll compressor platform motor to ensure the technological leadership of motor design;

2. Responsible for the formulation of motor prototype plans, and cooperate with the trial production department to complete the trial production of compressor prototypes;

3. Responsible for formulating motor and compressor test and verification plans, coordinating electronic control matching, completing the analysis of motor efficiency, cost, and noise data, and making breakthroughs in core technical problems.

4. Responsible for compressor motor fault diagnosis and analysis, formulating response and improvement plans, and conducting verification tests to ensure that the problem is effectively solved.

5. Pay attention to the development trend of related motor technology inside and outside the industry, and be responsible for the research and introduction of new materials and process technologies.


**Qualifications**

1. Master's degree or above, major in electrical engineering, electrical engineering, electrical and electrical appliances, etc.;

2. More than 7 years of work experience in the motor industry major, preferably in the compressor motor industry;

3. Proficient in using at least one 3D drawing software such as Creo, UG, Solidworks, etc., familiar with AutoCAD, proficient in drawing and drawing, and proficient in Ansys (or Jmag, Flux, etc.) electromagnetic analysis software;

4. Familiar with motor principles, motor design & test evaluation process, and experience in the design & improvement of motor performance and reliability related impact indicators;

5. Familiar with the process flow and control points of the electrical machine; We have rich experience in the evaluation and reliability of motors.

Overview

The Sales Consultant represents Southern Glazer’s in the market as a member of the Southern Glazer’s family. Job Summary: To provide high quality patient-focused health care services to all patients within the scope of practice through physician orders in accordance with all Texas State Laws and Regulations and company policies. Currently licensed as ARRT in the State of Texas with CT experience. Follows prescribed techniques for producing general and specific x-rays and CT scans for diagnostic purposes. Performs laboratory testing according to industry standards of practice and CLIA.

Role Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology
  • Ability to work with patients of all ages.
  • Clinical experience performing CT scanning is documented.
  • Ability to perform CT procedures without constant supervision
  • Ability to assist with specialized procedures involving sterile techniques.
  • Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology program
  • Current ARRT License in good standing.
  • Current Texas MRT License in good standing.
  • Current BLS required, ACLS a plus.
  • Continuing education hours are required to keep up license renewal according to state specific guidelines.

Radiology Duties:

  • Prepare patient for x-ray, CT scan, explain procedure to patient and/or family, prepare room, equipment, and materials needed.
  • Position patient and arrange immobilization and support devices for patient
  • Practice radiation protection techniques to limit exposure to patient and medical staff.
  • Adjust equipment controls, determine proper voltage, and exposure time.
  • Administer routine x-ray exams.
  • Observe patient and machine during procedure. Report unusual occurrences and record patient’s condition.
  • Document patient chart with procedures performed.
  • Clean and disinfect radiology room and equipment, maintain and order supplies for radiology.
  • Perform radiology quality assurance tests and maintain records.

  • Complete training in use of laboratory equipment and required documentation to comply with all OSHA and CLIA standards.
  • Patient interview and documentation relevant to completion of lab required paperwork.
  • Decanting of urine specimens into sample tubes and completion of immunoassay testing per protocols within standard operating procedures (SOPs)and/or instruction manual for laboratory machines.
  • Perform laboratory testing on patient samples per SOPs and instruction manuals, including proper daily controls and intermittent calibrations as required.
  • Perform corrective actions as required and simple routine maintenance of lab equipment as instructed in training, SOPs, and equipment instruction manuals.
  • Prepare report of machine assays in such a fashion that can be placed into the physician’s medical records.
  • Contact equipment servicer, Lab Director, Clinical Consultant, or technical consultant as needed for assistance.
  • Dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste per OSHA guidelines
  • Properly prepare labs billing sheets, and supply billing company with copy of patient insurance face sheet and insurance ID card by FAX transmittal or as otherwise required.
  • Maintain proper inventory of consumables, office supplies, and paperwork necessary to continue daily operations.
  • Assist in Labs’ operations as directed by Nurse Manager or other delegated authority. Such duties may include but are not limited to inventory management, accounting and marketing.
  • Report immediately to Nurse Manager any clinical, equipment, or business issues that arise during operations that are unusual, hazardous, disruptive, or that require corrective actions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  


Performs fluoroscopic procedures for the treatment of patients of all age groups, utilizing the guidelines of the professional radiology practice standards. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, and other related duties necessary for complete patient outcomes in the outpatient surgery department.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:



  • Under direction, incumbents may instruct and prepare patients for radiologic examinations; 
  • Determine the most suitable anatomical posture and positions and shield patients appropriately; 
  • Prepare patients for radiologic examinations by explaining the procedure, removing articles such as jewelry, through which x-rays cannot pass
  • Positioning patients so that the correct parts of the body can be radiographed. 
  • Place the x-ray film under the part of the patient's body to be examined and make the exposure. Then remove the film and develop it. 
  • Position and operate stationary or portable radiologic machines and take x-rays images of all parts of the human body for the physician to use in the diagnosis of disease or injury.
  • Produce x-ray films (radiographs), develop, make copies and fix x-ray films of parts of the human body for use in diagnosing medical problems.
  • Prepare solutions for processing films;
  • Assist in fluoroscopic work; under supervision, make clinical photographs of unusual cases and identify photographs; 
  • Maintain equipment and quarters; 
  • Monitors patients during the procedure.
  • Surround the exposed area with radiation protection devices, such as lead shields, or limit the size of the x-ray beam to prevent unnecessary radiation exposure. 
  • Using instruments similar to a measuring tape, measure the thickness of the section to be radiographed and set controls on the machine to produce radiographs of the appropriate density, detail and contrast. 
  • Keep records and files; 
  • Make reports as needed and other related duties.  

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:


Knowledge of modern radiologic equipment and techniques; regional and gross anatomy of the human body; standardized radiologic clinical procedures; thorough knowledge of the hazards of radiologic materials and the safety precautions required; the operation and care of modern radiologic equipment; and the ordering and storing of supplies.


Ability to communicate effectively at a level required for successful job performance; administer emergency aid for shock; prepare solution used in processing x-ray film and process film; keep simple records, file film correctly, and compile reports; follow directions; analyze situations accurately and take effective action; establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others

COMPUTER SKILLS:
