Job Description:
As a Senior Specialist Electrical Engineer, the candidate must have experience with L band RF systems, able to work from customer requirements to derive additional requirements, define the architecture of a possible solution based on requirements, setup a requirements schema & link requirements to documents (systems/subsystem specification, hardware/RF architecture description document, etc.) and flow down applicable requirements to other groups (software, ASIC, & test) so that they can contribute to realize the end solution based on the proposed architecture. Essential Functions:
- Requires solid level knowledge of Electrical Engineering low frequency and high frequency (RF) Analog and Digital circuit design.

- Able to contribute to providing innovative Electrical Engineering solutions consistent with business development plans.

The Senior Specialist, Program Financial Analyst will support the project team members in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects of varying contract type, size and complexity. As a member of the Maintenance team this role is responsible for effectively troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on CNC equipment including aligning equipment and reading schematics. Be familiar with milling and turning equipment. This role is an hourly (non-exempt) classified position.
Pay Range: $45 to $55 per hour
Position Requirements
- Perform mechanical repairs (and rebuild) on all machines
- Perform machine leveling and alignment on all machines
- Pull and replace machine linear guides and ball screws.
- Able to work with complex NC machine up to & including 5 Axis
- Electrical & Electronic: Diagnose, locate and correct malfunctions of electrical & electronic system such as machine controls, recorders, servo/axis drives, servo motors, defective transformers, relays, contactors, fuses, sensors, etc.
- Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, Siemens and NIT).
- Working knowledge of tool Probing function for CNC Mill Machines
- Support with scheduling PM, reading report, diagrams and drawings
- Plan, layout, and fabricate replacement parts for major rebuilding of precision machine tools where set up and operation to exacting tolerances is required
- Plan methods required to maintain, test, repair, or modify various types of industrial electronic controls and systems.
- Analyze and coordinate resolutions of technical problems or assist when solving problems including contacts outside own department as required.
- Interface with manufacturers on line tech support when needed

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) plus 5+ years of CNC maintenance experience
- Must have solid mechanical background of maintenance experience working with CNC machines, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and programmable logic controls as well as having various electrical mechanical
- Must be able to read schematics and parts drawings, perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and facilities, and be proficient with the use of a multi meter.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Competence in shop math such as working with fractions and decimals.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic computer skills, MS Office program, and have ability to enter data in various software systems.

Description
The Sr Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the technical development, oversight and improvement of manufacturing processes within the area of responsibility. This individual will lead process optimization, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives. This role is accountable for achieving senior-level competence Plans and presents engineering program and product design reviews for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Develops and requests design and specification change releases. Assesses and communicates impact of engineering initiatives to functional groups. The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced technical depth, measurable impact on production performance, and the ability to mentor mid-level and entry-level engineers while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. This role is classified as Exempt for FLSA purposes and reports to the Engineering Manager.
Pay Range: $110,00.00 to $137,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop, release, and maintain detailed technical work instructions for the manufacture and repair of aerospace metallic structures and assemblies, ensuring full compliance with customer(s) engineering definition and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with CNC Programming group to develop and implement manufacturing plan for complex metallic machined components/assemblies.
- Provide advanced technical support to Quality and Operations teams to achieve site-level Safety, Cost, Quality, and Delivery (SCQD) objectives; act as a primary escalation point for complex manufacturing issues.
- Partner with Purchasing and Sales during the quoting process to define manufacturing approach, assess technical risk, establish labor standards, and ensure cost competitiveness.
- Establish and validate operational standard hours using time studies and process analysis; drive accuracy in routing and capacity planning assumptions.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and model-based definitions to ensure manufacturability; translate design requirements into controlled shop-floor documentation.
- Train and mentor operators and junior engineers on manufacturing methods, process controls, and quality standards; elevate overall technical capability of the team.
- Lead productivity and cost-reduction initiatives through Lean principles, waste elimination, and process optimization; quantify and report measurable performance improvements.
- Develop, validate, and industrialize manufacturing processes for new product introduction (NPI), ensuring processes meet defined capability, repeatability, and quality targets prior to production release.
- Evaluate nonconforming components and determine repair feasibility; develop and validate repair schemes in coordination with Engineering and Quality functions

Position Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or relevant technical discipline, or HS Diploma/GED w/equivalent composite/aerospace manufacturing/repair experience. 5+ years of technical experience with composites and/or aerospace components production or repair.
Desired Characteristics
- Demonstrated experience creating, structuring, and maintaining complex multi-level Bills of Material (BOMs) for aerospace assemblies, ensuring configuration control and production readiness.
- Proven experience in the developing and implementing machining strategies of large-scale metallic aerospace structures, including fixturing for both Milling and Turning.
- Hands-on experience machining large metallic aerospace components, including process planning, tooling strategy, and dimensional validation.
- Strong proficiency in engineering drawing interpretation, including advanced Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) application and tolerance analysis.

Description
The Quality Inspector is responsible for the inspection, documentation, and certification of critical components throughout the production process, including parts subject to flight safety requirements. This role ensures compliance with AS9100, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements through precise measurement and rigorous recordkeeping.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs various inspection activities utilizing precision inspection equipment at all phases of product manufacturing. Uses GD&T concepts, customer supplied specifications, and internal standards, to ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and other regulatory requirements.
Pay Range: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
Position Requirements
- Read and understand complex engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerance specifications
- Compare recorded measurements to blueprint dimensions and tolerances and notify specified persons of discrepancies using NCF and MRB process
- Familiarity with the use of various inspection and measurement equipment, i.e. CMM, FARO Arm, Borescope, Optical Comparator, etc. preferred
- Strong understanding of units of measure and applicability to GD&T principles
- Must be self-motivated and able to adjust to a dynamic work environment and tempo while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong professional ethics combined with the ability to function well on teams.
