We are looking for an experienced full-time exempt, Director, to join our Investments Team. The Director, Investments will oversee the full deal cycle, including sourcing new opportunities, underwriting and analysis, negotiating LOIs, and managing due diligence through closing. The Director, Investments will also partner with the Asset Managers in helping to oversee portfolio-level performance of operators and lead existing portfolio transactions (e.g., renewals, expansions, redevelopment, transitions, purchase options, and dispositions). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Continually improves and adjusts sales presentation pitch and material in cooperation with the Marketing department to ensure consistent and up-to-date information on products and offerings.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Sales funnel (pipeline) management
- Sales forecasting
- Strictly follow guidelines for sales channel
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years in DSO Mid-Market Sales or a related role.
- Dental Industry experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions.
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
