We are looking for Systems Engineer II - Modeling Simulation & Analysis Engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, engaging in a dynamic team environment, and are eager to learn.

As a Systems Engineer II - Modeling Simulation & Analysis Engineer , you will participate in challenging multi-disciplinary work across integrated product teams consisting of Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing and missile-and-sensor-level Performance Simulations. Our Performance Simulation teams provide, develop, and maintain high fidelity performance simulations, evaluate system performance, support new business initiatives and develop & execute technology roadmaps. This is an Onsite role in Tucson, AZ.

What You will Do

• You will create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of modeling solutions, and subsequently conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance
• You will work in a team environment, receiving input from the team supervisors and providing guidance and/or direction to other team members
• You will collaborate with Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to perform simulation activities according to the program schedule
• You will work on different projects, determine, and develop approaches and solutions, and provide development guidance throughout the product lifecycle from initial concept to fielded product
• You will provide technical expertise for the simulation products of a specific program, and assist Senior Modeling Engineers in the preparation of detailed plans, and may interact with government counterparts as an authority on simulation products

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant prior experience
• Experience applying object-oriented software design and programming in C or C++
• Experience using Python or MATLAB for evaluation of data sets
• Experience modeling or simulating physical systems
• Experience in modeling, simulation, statistics, and/or analysis for existing or proposed engineering solutions
• Ability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued Security Clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

As a CAM Programmer, you will have direct responsibility for producing CAM packages and CNC Programs for highly complex, close-tolerance components. • Adhere to industry-standard CAD design-tree practices and follow internally developed workflows

Software Proficiency:

• Operate efficiently within the hyperMILL and NX environments, utilizing best practices while fully leveraging Hadrian's automation suite for effective design and program creation.
• Maximize the use of Hadrian's Co-Pilot CAM integration throughout the CAM Programming process, fully leveraging it on a daily basis.
• Effectively utilize a variety of communication tools such as email, messaging applications, Microsoft Office suite, etc.

• Proven experience in programming 3 and/or 5-axis CNC machine tools within a production environment of high-tolerance precision components.
• Prior involvement in the aerospace sector or similar industries with stringent requirements.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, quality standards, and tool selection is essential.
• Average understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (GD&T).
• Capability to interpret data (such as CMM reports), identify trends, or tools needed to gather understanding of dimensional instability, and apply insights to enhance the manufacturing process.

For this role, the target salary range is $110,000 - $165,000 (actual range may vary based on experience). This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Ecommerce Merchandising and Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Ecommerce Merchandising Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the Trina Turk website. This position acts as a process owner and collaborates with cross-functional areas to troubleshoot and implement processes to ensure the website operates efficiently.

The eCommerce Merchandising Manager is responsible for creating a consumer-first experience to drive sales and engagement. They will build a compelling catalog of product and devise effective selling strategies, manage the consumer journey and shopping experience, and execute product launches and promotions. This role is responsible for reporting on product performance and reviewing historical sales data to make informed product recommendations and increase sales. They will ensure the best user experience and comprehensive merchandising strategy, recommending real-time actions.

This role will serve as the liaison between Marketing, Development, Planning, Buying, Operations, Customer Service, Licensing, and external vendors to maintain the functionality of the websites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that new features and functionality are fully tested before going live on websites
• Execute e-commerce projects, including timelines, deliverables, cross-functional partnerships, and communication
• Website sales/promotions: tagging, setting up, and making discounts live
• Oversee daily management from product content set-up, promotions, pricing, troubleshooting of product fulfillment, and system integration
• Collaborate with developers to implement new features in Shopify
• Troubleshoot all issues with Developer, Customer Service, Ops, and Shopify support
• Identify and implement Shopify apps to support overall e-commerce initiatives
• Review challenges and devise solutions to support e-commerce, user experience, information technology, marketing, and customer service
• Manage our connection with third-party fulfillment partners to our eCommerce platform to ensure accurate inventory synchronization and seamless order processing
• Ensure products are set up accurately with all details and necessary information
• Review online product pages constantly and implement improvements that will increase consumer spending
• Build and recommend merchandising strategies based on data and analytics
• Review and update product recommendations
• Monitor customer reviews and flag concerns with the appropriate departments
• Perform bi-weekly checks of online product to ensure the best brand experience for the end consumer
• Evaluate site experience across desktop and mobile, and recommend upgrades to further improve customer experience
• Manage Ecom samples for website photoshoots
• Update promotional calendar and product ETAs

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and merchandising
• Solid understanding of digital channels, trends, and user behaviors
• Working knowledge of promotion and marketing strategies
• Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain good rapport with both internal and external customers
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
• Experience with Shopify and POS systems
• Deep understanding of ERP and inventory management systems
• Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Trello

As the EVSE Reliability Electrician, you will be on the front lines, performing critical break/fix services for EV charging stations facing communication, software, electrical, or technical malfunctions. Your electrical expertise will ensure these systems are not only functional but also pristine, code-compliant, and operating within their designed specifications through thorough inspections and skilled electrical work. You'll report to the Field Service Manager and receive specialized training to become a specialist in maintaining the backbone of electric mobility. Traveling is necessary for this position.

You are a detail-oriented and safety-conscious licensed electrician with a strong understanding of electrical theory, NEC standards, and practical field application. You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and you possess excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills specifically related to electrical systems. Leveraging your proven experience in field service operations as an electrician, you will utilize your excellent written and oral communication skills to report work orders. Mandatory: Valid CA State Journeyman or Master Electrician License.

Preferred: OSHA 10/30 certification, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety training.

Mandatory: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

NEC Compliance: Strong knowledge of Article 625 and other relevant NEC standards for EV charging installations.

Wiring and Terminations: Experience with 240V/208V circuits, wiring EVSE units to panels, and using torque tools per spec.

Conduit and Raceway Work: Skilled in EMT and PVC conduit installation; able to bend, mount, and seal per job specs.

Panel Work: Comfort working in energized panels (where permissible and following all safety protocols), installing breakers, and verifying load capacity.

Grounding and Bonding: Capable of installing compliant grounding systems for EVSE units and subpanels.

Testing and Commissioning: Use of electrical testing tools (multimeter, insulation resistance testers, etc.) for system validation and diagnostics.

Low Voltage & Networking: Basic understanding of CAT5e/CAT6 wiring, RS-485, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and cellular connections for smart chargers.

Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and fix power delivery issues, GFCI trips, communication faults, and firmware errors using test equipment and software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Driving/Traveling safely to customer sites to repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and service electrical charging infrastructure using skills and tools that range from computer diagnostics to advanced electrical testing equipment.

Perform all electrical work in compliance with NEC, local codes, and manufacturer specifications.

Ensure that all services and projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Report and escalate issues to company management as needed.

Perform risk management to minimize project and safety risks.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of work performed, including test results and site conditions.

Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific electrical requirements of each project.

Attend conferences and training to stay up to date on training requirements, certifications, and evolving EVSE technology.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Valid State Journeyman or Master Electrician License.

Basic computer skills for diagnostics, reporting, and communication.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of field technician experience as a licensed electrician.
