- Site selection drivers (labor, incentives, infrastructure) and basic understanding of capital markets and developer financing

The Buyer/Planner coordinates activities involved with planning and procuring goods and services for multiple product lines. They are responsible for planning and purchasing items such as electromechanical assemblies, fabricated parts, and electronics. They understand different manufacturing processes and have a willingness to travel both domestically and internationally. Work closely with Engineering, Accounting, Scheduling, Receiving and Production personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials while following appropriate policies and procedures. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days in our office in Eagleville, PA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Issue requests for quotes (RFQ) and select the best source consistent with cost, quality and delivery requirements. Negotiate and manage long-term pricing agreements on critical commodities.
- Complete purchase requests with domestic and international suppliers by inputting purchase orders, expediting deliveries, and verifying all transactions.
- Handle correspondence concerning over-shipments, delivery shortages, changes in quantity, delivery dates, and prices and report such changes to the interested parties in a timely manner as required.
- Act as a liaison between suppliers and involved departments to resolve procurement-related problems.
- Source new products to meet new product launch timelines.
- Authorize payment for purchases by reviewing invoices and related documentation.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels consistent with inventory goals and as set by management.
- Maintain accuracy of system information, including lead-time, pricing, current supplier information, current purchase order data, etc.
- Monitor supplier performance by ensuring that product is delivered as scheduled and meets specifications; maintaining appropriate files and records of meetings with suppliers to ensure company requirements are met and that the supplier is aware of their performance.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other job-related tasks as needed, enabling other workers to achieve their job objectives.
- Source new suppliers as required and determine the best source of supply by evaluating price, quality, manufacturing capabilities, lead time, service support, and financial stability.
- Participates effectively as a member of a team promoting the exchange of ideas, information, and feedback in all directions.
- May work directly in support of line operations and in collaboration with department managers, engineers, or operations staff.

The Corporate Supply Chain Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Supervisor – Purchasing.
The Supervisor – Purchasing supervises and guides the Central Purchasing staff in procuring supplies and services. Resolves order and service-related issues. Serves as backup to the Central Purchasing Manager as needed. Processes payroll; submits tickets to the Help Desk; generates and monitors performance reports; approves time off requests; monitors and reassigns daily purchase order / invoice discrepancies as needed. Hires new staff; completes annual evaluations and corrective actions as needed. Region support for resolving outstanding AR for commercial customer business and responsible for establishing as a point of contact for the customer. Work closely with internal team and departments to correct any outstanding issues with customers accounts that's preventing us from getting paid.

Monitor aging report and prioritize collection activity based on aging
Contact customers to resolve account balances, document all collection activity, and maintain notes on each account
Cross collaborate with internal teams to educate on credit and collection best practices along with promoting department processes and functions
Escalate accounts to field personnel for resolution assistance
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies by partnering with the appropriate internal departments

This role sits at the intersection of solutions architecture, sales enablement, and thought leadership. Job Description
Responsible for taking customers' orders, serving food and accepting payment from them at the end of the meal. They are required to be familiar with the restaurant's menu and to provide service that is appropriate to the type of establishment at which they work. Ensure high quality of food and beverage service with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Job Duties
- Must possess knowledge of all food and drink recipes pertaining to restaurant.
- Must provide complete customer satisfaction with the highest level of service.
- Must be able to physically handle working on feet for entire shift.
- Responsible for upholding all state, federal, and corporate regulations pertaining to alcohol service.
- Servers are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring proper fulfillment of orders, delivering food/drinks to tables, and addressing any issues that arise during guest’s dining experience.
- Servers are responsible for taking payment and must be knowledgeable of food and beverage SOP’s for cash handling and the variance policy.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months previous cashiering/money handling experience is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations.
- Must be able to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
- Must be able to work with and understand basic arithmetic functions.
- Must have full working knowledge of POS systems.
- Must be Serv-Safe certified. Must be able to become TIPS or RAMP certified and be knowledgeable and adhere to all PLCB regulations and PA Gaming Control Board requirement.

Maintain established bar stock levels by transporting cases of beverages from walk-in coolers to bar. Prepare written requisitions to maintain appropriate stock levels. Maintain supplies of ice, glassware, drink garnishes, etc. for bars.

- Prepare written requisitions for stock.
- Maintain supplies of ice, glassware, drink garnishes, and keep fresh fruit rotated.
- Clean and maintain all areas of bar.
- Restock kegs of beer (approximately 50 pounds) in the walk-in coolers.
- Clean reach-in coolers and rotate bottled beer.
- Empty trash bins in bar area and transport to proper refuse bin.
- Receive and fulfill beverage orders from guests, cocktail servers, and bartenders.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard beverage recipes.
- Operate cash registers, and accurately complete transactions according to standardized procedures.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior experience in the same or related field preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
