Position Purpose: Along with their cashier duties, the bookkeeper can perform all phases of the store front end accounting operations, to ensure all accounting operations are performed to company standards in an accurate and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: A Bookkeeper is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provides excellent customer service.

A Bookkeeper's responsibilities include:

• Making effective and objective decisions regarding bookkeeping, purchase and use of office supplies and equipment and other situations where multiple issues must be considered and weighed to maximize the performance, productivity, profitability and results of the store and the store team.
• Answering telephones courteously and either route calls to appropriate department or taking written messages in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Responsible for accuracy of store bookkeeping functions including but not necessarily limited to: maintaining the current store bookkeeping report, daily banking procedures including ordering cash and change, checking in of bank/armor car cash orders, maintaining and reconciling store safe balance, daily monitoring of all sales receipts including preparation and verification of bank deposits, change orders, less cash amounts and cash variation reports in accordance with policy.
• Daily monitoring of all NSF checks and bad debts with appropriate postings and notifications.
• Assisting in auditing work and assisting/responding to company accountants.
• Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
• Engaging with customers through smiles and greetings, offering product information, providing selling suggestions and always giving a genuine thank you.
• Focusing on providing fast and friendly customer service.
• Processing cash register transactions, inputting product costs, giving back change, processing checks, EBTs, WIC checks, refunds, product coupons and gift certificates.
• Keeps clean, neat, and orderly office, customer service counter, and check stand.
• All other duties as assigned

The Opportunity

The Risk Management Consultant is responsible for performing delegated trade review and surveillance to support field management to mitigate and identify potential risks and/or noncompliance issues with MML Investors Services LLC (“MMLIS”) policies or laws and regulations as required by FINRA, the SEC and state insurance and securities divisions.

The Impact

As a Risk Management Consultant your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Perform trade surveillance and monitoring activities while appropriately documenting and proactively identifying potential risks and/or violations of policies or regulations specifically within the firm’s trade review systems.

• Collaborate with trending department, field management, and business partners as needed to assist with development of corrective action plans designed to eliminate or reduce potential risks.

The Minimum Qualifications

• Series 7 and 24 required at time of application

• 3+ years' experience in the financial services industry

• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the MassMutual Springfield, MA office will be required to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days a week.

The Coordinator of Student Engagement promotes a vibrant and inclusive campus community that supports student success on the Creighton Health Sciences campus in Phoenix. The Coordinator oversees student organizations and campus involvement initiatives, ensuring that all student-facing programming, events, and engagement efforts are effectively managed and aligned with university policies and procedures.

The Coordinator will plan and execute various student engagement events including Orientation & Welcome Week, game watch parties, and other events that help build a sense of community between the Phoenix campus programs.

The Coordinator will oversee day-to-day support for student groups, clubs, and organizations by working closely with the Student Leadership and Involvement Center, based in Omaha. The Coordinator will assist with student club petitions, applications and registration process. The Coordinator will review and approve event submissions for the student organizations on the PHX campus and provide training and communication with all organizations, officers and their moderators. The Coordinator will ensure that student organizations are managing their budgets and adhering to student organization guidelines.

In addition to the primary tasks above, the Coordinator will work with others from Student Life and Academic Affairs to promote an environment that supports student success and development. The Coordinator serves as a student advocate and educator, engaging directly with students through one-on-one meetings, training, and crisis response. The position provides guidance in policy interpretation, behavioral matters, and mental health-related situations, helping students navigate university resources and procedures with care and professionalism. This Coordinator will address student misconduct issues that occur on and off campus, conduct training and education for faculty, staff, and students, and present policy and community standards through orientations, online training, and training by request.

As a member of our Claims team, utilize your knowledge of Workers Compensation Claims to independently investigate, evaluate and resolve assigned claims of a more complex nature in order to achieve appropriate outcomes. In this position you will administer and resolve highest risk management expectations claims in a timely manner in accordance with legal statues, policy provisions, and company guidelines.

The Clinical Coordinator is a staff member of the PA Program at Creighton University in Phoenix. The Clinical Coordinator works collaboratively with the Director of Clinical Education to manage and coordinate the logistics of student clinical rotations and other curricular delivery during the clinical phase of the program. Additional duties include working with the Program Analyst to manage data collection and analysis to support the ongoing program self-assessment and student assessment processes. ***This position is in person***.

Essential Functions

Serve as the primary point of contact for preceptors and clerkship/rotation coordinators during the clinical phase

Development and maintenance of student schedules for students in the clinical phase

Participate in site visits to clinical rotation sites and meetings with preceptors

Data entry and management of student and preceptor information system (EduSched and Eclas) for the clinical phase of the program

Manage the clinical onboarding and compliance for students in the clinical phase of the program

Work with clinical sites to establish and maintain affiliation agreements
