Senior Fragrance Development Manager

As a Senior Fragrance Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating standout fragrances that inspire our clients. Bringing a growth mindset, strong leadership, and expertise in Air/Home Care evaluation, you’ll collaborate closely with our perfumers to shape compelling olfactive visions and forward‑thinking development strategies. Your Key Responsibilities

• Win/Defend business profitably by leading pro-active and reactive fragrance development projects of major size & strategic importance and by developing olfactive vision for the brand at regional & global levels.
• Partner, guide and support perfumers by bringing them consumer trends and data, cross-category information, client white space opportunities, creative idea inspirations, and collection starting points.
• Collaborate with Perfumers, Technical Development Teams, Marketing, Consumer Insights and Commercial teams to deliver beneficial solutions for our clients.
• Incorporate and leverage maximum use of internal tools to practice informed creation, such as Consumer Insights and Technical Innovation tools.
• Lead & coordinate global fragrance development network for your account by bringing vision, strategy and focus and communicating efficiently internally and externally.
• Define, drive, and implement relevant action plans mobilizing regional FDMs, perfumers and any other relevant functions.
• Work with Consumer Insights to ensure a testing plan is in place and executed to identify winning candidates, integrating learnings into development process.

You bring

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in fragrance development
• Track record in Air/Home Care
• Winning team spirit and strategic thinking
• Consumer Insight experience
• Fluent in English

The salary scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $128,700 - $150,000.

Position Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted advisor to retail and corporate leaders, driving strategic people initiatives while managing hands-on HR operations. This role focuses on performance management, talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning to support a high-growth environment. The HRBP will ensure compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience across all teams. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams aligned with company values and culture.
• Support retail leadership and corporate teams to ensure alignment and consistency of HR practices.
• Act as a bridge between field teams and HQ to drive clear communication and shared accountability.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Partner on succession planning, talent reviews, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Identify development needs and collaborate with People team resources to deliver learning solutions.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on employment law, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws across supported populations.
• Drive engagement initiatives and support action planning based on employee feedback.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, and HR Operations for seamless processes.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as the function continues to scale.

Required Experience/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including prior retail HR Business Partner roles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting both Retail/Field and Corporate client groups.
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and performance management.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and manage complex, sensitive situations.

Preferred Experience/Skills

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or fashion/retail environments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships.
• Change management experience in dynamic organizational environments.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
• Ongoing professional development in HR best practices encouraged.

As a Pump Technician, youll be responsible for pumping and disposing of non-hazardous waste from residential and commercial septic systems. Youll drive a company service truck to customer locations, operate vacuum equipment, and ensure every job is handled safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer service.

What Youll Do:

• Safely operate a service truck and vacuum equipment to pump septic tanks
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (fluids, tires, supplies)
• Provide professional customer service and educate customers on system care
• Identify and report defective components or hazards and recommend service options
• Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and promptly
• Respond to trouble/emergency calls as needed
• Follow all company safety protocols and DOT regulations
• Work independently while representing Wind River Environmental in the field

What Were Looking For:

• Class A or B CDL with Tanker Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to drive manual transmission (no restrictions)
• At least 1 year of professional commercial driving experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Basic computer literacy (email, internet)
• Must pass a DOT drug screen, physical exam, and road test
• Willingness to work in a drug-free environment
