$86,650.99 - $134,309.04The Clinical Informatics Nurse utilizes the Tenets of American Nurses Association (ANA) Scope and Standards of practice for Nursing Informatics. The Clinical Informatics Nurse provides expertise in the planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, maintenance, and evaluation of new or existing functionality related to clinical and business information systems. Working under the direction of the Director of Informatics, CNIO, the Clinical Informatics Nurse integrates nursing/clinical science, computer science, and information science to manage and communicate data, information, knowledge and wisdom in clinical practice. The Clinical Informatics Nurse supports the metaparadigm of nursing through information and data management, and works as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to processes, workflow, policies, and information systems that support clinical practice and operations. The Clinical Informatics Nurse ensures data/information is current with regulatory agency and evidence-based practice standards and incorporates a unique body of nursing knowledge with clinical information systems. The Clinical Informatics Nurse coordinates the collection and reporting of outcome metrics associated with the clinical information systems. This position serves as an internal consultant to all departments to identify and achieve department and organizational goals and provides direct contact with vendors to ensure customer needs are met.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Designs and supports systems and manages projects directed at improving quality and patient care outcomes using information technology.
- Maintains current knowledge of computer applications used within the organization, evolving technologies, and current patient safety literature to guide system modifications and the pursuit of new clinical technology.

- Provides input on clinical functions that are suitable for computer application and ensures the information systems are consistent with professional standards of nursing practice.

- Coordinates the design and promotion of useful, innovative information technologies that advance practice interoperability and achieve desired outcomes.

- Participates in organization level and divisional committees and work groups to advance technology and patient care.
- Collaborates with Nursing Education department(s) to develop training for system enhancements and implementations.

- Supports Data analytics and understands that real-time application of information by clinicians is a mechanism to change healthcare delivery and affect patient outcomes.
- Identifies and supporting system changes to support improvements in patient care and enhanced workflow and productivity.
- Incorporates key ethical concerns such as advocacy, privacy, and assurance of the confidentiality and security of data and information.
- Supports decision making of consumers, nurses, and other professionals to achieve safety and advocacy.
- Collaborates with Nursing and other disciplines to assure interdisciplinary integration of work processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field - required
- 1-3 years of acute-care nursing clinical experience - required
- 1-3 years of Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation experience (super user, trainer, or implementation project team member) - required

What will you do?

What You’ll Do:
As the Vice President of Vacation Rental Operations, you will serve as the senior operational leader for Luxe Haus’ vacation rental and property management division. You will oversee all aspects of operational performance — guest experience, homeowner relations, property care, revenue maximization, and team leadership. This role requires an experienced hotel operator with strong general manager expertise, exceptional strategic leadership ability, and deep knowledge of luxury hospitality.
Operational Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and oversee the end‑to‑end operations of the Luxe Haus vacation rental portfolio, ensuring exceptional guest service, brand consistency, and operational excellence across all properties.
- Manage and mentor operational leaders, general managers, guest services teams, and field operations staff to achieve peak performance.
- Own key KPIs including guest satisfaction scores, operational efficiency, brand compliance, safety, and financial performance.
- Create and enforce SOPs, service standards, and inspection frameworks aligned with luxury hospitality expectations.
Homeowner, HOA & Stakeholder Relations
- Serve as the executive point of contact for high‑value homeowners, homeowner associations, and luxury property partners.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with HOA boards, presidents, and community leaders.
- Present strategies, reports, and operational insights to stakeholders to support retention and revenue growth.
Growth & Business Development Support
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to support the expansion of the Luxe Haus rental and property management portfolio.
- Help define and execute growth strategies, including reservations optimization, portfolio expansion and retention, and nurturing owners and partners.
- Support sales functions by ensuring operational readiness, market competitiveness, and service excellence.
Systems, Operations & Technology Optimization
- Oversee and optimize operational systems, including PMS, CRM, maintenance platforms, housekeeping/vendor systems, reservations technology, and guest service tools.
- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, and operational scaling.
- Drive implementation of tools and processes that enhance efficiency, communication, and service quality.
Cross‑Functional & Executive Leadership
- Collaborate with key departments, including Guest Experience, Marketing, Finance, and Property Management to ensure cohesive execution of company initiatives.
- Participate as a core member of the Luxe Haus senior leadership team, influencing long‑term strategy.
- Represent Luxe Haus in community groups and industry organizations or events where needed.
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Lead operational readiness for new properties or service expansions.
- Spearhead large‑scale initiatives related to service innovation, owner services, workforce optimization, and market development.
- Tackle high‑impact special projects assigned by the CEO.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality operations (hotel experience required; vacation rental experience strongly preferred).
- Proven General Manager or Multi‑Property GM background with direct oversight of teams, budgets, and service performance.
- Demonstrated expertise in guest services, property management, and reservations operations.
- Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including homeowners, HOAs, third-party service providers, and high‑net‑worth guests.
- Track record of delivering exceptional guest experience scores, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and brand consistency within high‑end hospitality environments.
- Highly proficient with hospitality systems (PMS, RMS, CRM, maintenance platforms).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to lead through influence, inspire teams, and drive innovation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑touch setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Must be based in — or willing to relocate to — Park City, Utah.

What will you do?
- Greet and attend to guests’ needs, provide menus and clearly communicate restaurant specials, answering menu questions, and collecting food and beverage orders
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures
- Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver the check to guests
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen and bar staff
- Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning
More about you
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
- Beneficial if you have one year’s experience as a server in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as standing, walking, bending for long periods of time, which may include walking up stairs
- Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
