As the Registered Nurse in Home Health you will provide and direct provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. You will also coordinate total plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care and helps to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, and community resources.
Primary Responsibilities:

Pay Range
$64,100 - $141,500 annual total cash target pay
$36.98 - $81.63 per visit point
$30.82 - $68.03 hourly rate
Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full-time employment (40 weekly hours) at full productivity and generally follows the range above. Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed. When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation. Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits. Each type of visit is assigned a certain number of productivity points that is inclusive of "direct" and "indirect" patient care activities. Visits are assigned based on patient and business needs. The number of visits performed each week will vary based on individual productivity targets and the productivity points assigned to the visits performed. You will be paid your hourly rate for certain non-visit activities such as orientation. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. The Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff at ARIUM at Oviedo Park. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor. In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- The Maintenance Technician will conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations (such as Lead Based Paint, ADA, Fair Housing, HAZCOM Program, OSHA, etc.).
- Must be knowledgeable of all pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations.
- Must be aware of the condition of the property at all times and take immediate steps to correct any unsafe condition.
- Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and the Property Manager. Inspect and maintain all tools in excellent condition.
- Must be aware of all utility meter cut-offs, apartment and fixture cut-offs, and sewer clean-outs.
- Perform work area clean-up and safety related duties.
- Ensure that storage areas remain locked when not in use.
- Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis:
- Electrical and plumbing
- A/C and heating systems
- Appliances
- Water irrigation systems
- Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
- Tile, carpet, and flooring
- Roofing, gutters, fasteners
- Interior/exterior lights
- Fireplaces, ceiling fans
- Gas fixtures and appliances
- Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
- Boiler, gas and electric
- Door locks, P.O. boxes and locks
- Security systems
- Ceiling leaks
- Walls
- Pool areas, tile, hot tub/spa, pool furniture
- Inspect and help coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services. Assist make-ready staff as required to meet deadlines.
- Report all major repairs and need requisitions to Maintenance Supervisor prior to any expenditure of funds.
- Change locks, rekey locks and make keys.
- Remove and transfer heavy appliances and equipment from storage area to apartment (or vice versa) as circumstances warrant. Assist in moving abandoned furniture, appliances, etc. to dumpster when necessary.
- Any other requests made by the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, Service Director, Regional Manager, or other company official as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 2+ years' experience in maintenance property management
- EPA Universal Certification Required
- CPO Certification Preferred
- Ability to earn future designations as required by Industry standards, EPA regulations, OSHA requirements, etc.
- Must possess solid knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. information as required by daily operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
- Maintain professional appearance and manner at all times.
- May be required to work extended periods of time without relief, when responding to priority/emergency situations.
- Stooping, standing, climbing (ladders and stairs) as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry objects of up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 30 feet.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
Responsibilities
- Perform quality radiographic and fluoroscopic exams with the appropriate technical skills and according to the established procedure/protocols in a variety of settings, including the main department, emergency room, operating room, and other floors/areas of the hospital
- Participate in all aspects of care of the radiology patient to include pre and post care by support the patient care area.
- Provide exceptional patient care, safety, education, radiation protection, and excellent customer service experience during procedures
- Maintain appropriate documentation of patient records especially in the Radiology Information System
- Perform the duties of a staff technologist while providing direct and indirect clinical supervision and education of students in the clinical setting
- Collaborate and participate in department related projects and/or teams focused on improvement opportunities
- Assist with supportive duties such as transporting patients, office/clerical functions, equipment troubleshooting, maintaining supplies in rooms, and cleaning radiographic equipment
- Occasionally participate direct and indirect supervision of radiology students as well as indirect supervision of orderlies to coordinate patient flow
Education/Accredited Programs
- Successful completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
- 1 year of Radiologic technologist experience preferred
Licenses/Certificates/Registrations
- Current BLS Certification
- Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License
- Registered Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)

Salary Range
