As the Registered Nurse in Home Health you will provide and direct provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. You will also coordinate total plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care and helps to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, and community resources.

Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full-time employment (40 weekly hours) at full productivity and generally follows the range above. Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed. When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation. Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits. Each type of visit is assigned a certain number of productivity points that is inclusive of "direct" and "indirect" patient care activities. Visits are assigned based on patient and business needs. The number of visits performed each week will vary based on individual productivity targets and the productivity points assigned to the visits performed. You will be paid your hourly rate for certain non-visit activities such as orientation. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. The Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff at ARIUM at Oviedo Park. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor. In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- The Maintenance Technician will conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations (such as Lead Based Paint, ADA, Fair Housing, HAZCOM Program, OSHA, etc.).
- Must be knowledgeable of all pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations.
- Must be aware of the condition of the property at all times and take immediate steps to correct any unsafe condition.
- Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and the Property Manager. Inspect and maintain all tools in excellent condition.
- Must be aware of all utility meter cut-offs, apartment and fixture cut-offs, and sewer clean-outs.
- Perform work area clean-up and safety related duties.
- Ensure that storage areas remain locked when not in use.
- Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis:
- Electrical and plumbing
- A/C and heating systems
- Appliances
- Water irrigation systems
- Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
- Tile, carpet, and flooring
- Roofing, gutters, fasteners
- Interior/exterior lights
- Fireplaces, ceiling fans
- Gas fixtures and appliances
- Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
- Boiler, gas and electric
- Door locks, P.O. boxes and locks
- Security systems
- Ceiling leaks
- Walls
- Pool areas, tile, hot tub/spa, pool furniture
- Inspect and help coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services. Assist make-ready staff as required to meet deadlines.
- Report all major repairs and need requisitions to Maintenance Supervisor prior to any expenditure of funds.
- Change locks, rekey locks and make keys.
- Remove and transfer heavy appliances and equipment from storage area to apartment (or vice versa) as circumstances warrant. Assist in moving abandoned furniture, appliances, etc. to dumpster when necessary.
- Any other requests made by the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, Service Director, Regional Manager, or other company official as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 2+ years' experience in maintenance property management
- EPA Universal Certification Required
- CPO Certification Preferred
- Ability to earn future designations as required by Industry standards, EPA regulations, OSHA requirements, etc.
- Must possess solid knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. information as required by daily operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
- Maintain professional appearance and manner at all times.
- May be required to work extended periods of time without relief, when responding to priority/emergency situations.
- Stooping, standing, climbing (ladders and stairs) as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry objects of up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 30 feet.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. Under direct supervision of the physician, the rounding nurse will work with the physician in delivering care to the patients of the Pediatric Hospitalist Service. The rounding nurse will participate in patient centered rounds, assist in the collection of patient information, assist physician with communicating orders and plans of care to hospital staff members and patients and their parents.
Responsibilities
- Participates with physicians in making patient care rounds.
- Assist in the collection of patient information for the physician to review to facilitate documentation and information flow. (Including lab results, pending tests or procedures, and outpatient follow-up)
- May accompany the physician to the bedside and transcribe physician's narrative in progress notes. May transcribe verbal orders. Physicians must countersign the orders within 24 hours.
- Answer pages regarding the group's patients and relay information to physician.
- Communicate patient orders as directed by the physician to the designated hospital employee.
- Participate in patient teaching as instructed by the physician.
- Assist parents in finding a PCP if they have not chosen already.
- Assist with procedures such as circumcision, lumbar puncture, digit ligation, frenotomy, or any other procedure the physician must perform.
- Ongoing communication between the nurse and physician.
- Assists physician with gathering data about new admissions. Physician will perform the physical exam.
- Makes sure all patient documentation is in order and complete.
- Collect information for billing and assist doctors with billing documentation.
- Update parents as needed.
- Complete clinical discharge summaries for patients and send to PCP office. Call PCP office with any pertinent follow up information.
- Follow-up on any outstanding laboratory or radiology results pending at discharge.
Qualifications
Education:
- LPN state license required.
- Must maintain CPR certification.
Experience:
- 1+ years experience in pediatric nursing in office environment preferred.
- Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Requirements:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The Assistant Manager works with his/her General Manager to set the restaurant's goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
To meet restaurant goals, the Assistant Manager leads a team of Department Managers that has specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the Department Managers to set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments. By improving the Departments, the restaurant improves!
The Assistant Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.
Ideal candidates should have previous Assistant Manager experience running high volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise restaurants.

What You Will Do
You will be responsible for material and process development, characterization and system level integration in support of all Raytheon product lines and new business.
Material performance predictions and measurement tests of developmental and production systems.
You will be expected to perform material measurements of constitutive and RF attenuation properties and generate predicted material performance using Computational Electromagnetic Codes (CEM) tools.
You will work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system performance.
