Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Notary Public located in Orange, CA. The Notary Public will be responsible for notarizing legal documents, verifying the identity of document signers, witnessing signatures, and ensuring the proper execution of documents. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of notarial acts, providing general information about notarization processes to clients, and traveling to client locations as required. The role may also involve providing support for document preparation, printing, scanning, and copying services.
Qualifications- Certified Notary Public with knowledge of legal requirements and compliance
- Experience in legal document preparation and an understanding of document execution procedures
- Familiarity with family law and other legal areas related to notarial services
- Strong research skills and attention to detail for ensuring document accuracy and compliance

The Medical Assistant is the first contact for patient care. Responsible for administrative tasks in addition to patient care. The Medical Assistant performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. You will perform computations, and other tasks, and report to the Center Administrator.

Job Details Job Duties: Manage full California workers' compensation defense caseload from inception through resolution.
Appear before the WCAB for MSCs, Status Conferences, Expedited Hearings, and Trials.
Take and defend depositions of applicants, physicians, and expert witnesses.
Draft and file Petitions, DORs, Answers, Motions, and Trial Briefs.
Prepare and respond to written discovery and subpoenas.
Develop litigation strategy and evaluate exposure.
Negotiate settlements including Compromise and Release and Stipulations with Request for Award.
Provide regular status reports and case analysis to clients.
Ensure compliance with California Labor Code and WCAB procedural deadlines.
Meet a monthly billable target of 250 hours.
What We Are Looking For Minimum 3 to 5+ years of California workers' compensation experience on the defense side.
Experience with insurance claims, subrogation, civil litigation, or liens is a plus, but not required.
