Summary:
The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive, critical care to patients in the intensive care unit. This role encompasses assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, operating life-support equipment, administering advanced treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The position requires strong critical care skills, advanced clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics in high-acuity settings.
Essential Work Functions:
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in patient condition
Administer complex medications and treatments in accordance with approved critical care nursing techniques
Operate and manage advanced life support equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU environments, addressing physical and emotional needs
Record significant conditions, reactions, and interventions, notifying the appropriate provider of changes in patient status
Perform and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring, including arterial lines, central venous pressure, and pulmonary artery catheters
Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards
Provide education to patients and families regarding the ICU environment, treatments, and recovery expectations
Communicate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures and technologies through ongoing education and training
Adhere to strict infection control protocols to protect immunocompromised patients and reduce risks
Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance ICU patient outcomes and operational efficiency

experience in Manual Testing on web based applications. Testers will also be involved in software

Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary

Your role as a Field Sales Rep is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.
During the training period, your PDM or PTM will accompany you on your initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our tablet based CRM platform, Atlas, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing. In Connecticut, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to the President of our organization to provide high-level support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, outstanding organizational abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives on helping others, excels at managing complex tasks with patience and precision, and can seamlessly navigate evolving priorities. Prior legal experience is preferred to ensure the Executive Assistant can quickly understand and respond to legal requests- like identifying motions, filings, or other case documents- without extensive explanation.
As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will play a critical role in the overall success of the firm by ensuring seamless executive operations, enhancing efficiency, and enabling leadership to focus on high-level strategic initiatives.
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize the President's Outlook Calendar, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations with an advanced level of accuracy. This includes reviewing materials containing legal terminology and assisting with locating motions, filings, or other case documents as needed.
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
- Serve as a personal assistant by anticipating needs and providing timely responses to requests.
- Coordinate office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll act as the right hand to the Project Manager, helping keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently.
- Logging and tracking contracts and purchase orders
- Reviewing and tracking submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs
- Creating and pricing proposed change orders
- Coordinating with subcontractors to resolve questions and avoid delays
- Setting up subcontractor coordination meetings
- Tracking warranties and safety documentation
- Assisting with project schedules and gathering field data
- Uploading and managing documents in Procore
- Attending jobsite and subcontractor meetings as needed
- This role offers strong exposure to both office and field operations.
What is sought:

Responsibilities:
Preoperative Care: You will conduct a thorough medical evaluation of the patient before their procedure. This involves reviewing their medical history, performing a physical examination, and discussing their anesthetic options and the associated risks. Based on this, you will formulate a personalized anesthetic plan.
Intraoperative Care: In the operating room, you are responsible for the continuous medical assessment and monitoring of the patient's vital functions. This includes heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and body temperature. You will administer and manage the anesthesia—whether it's general, regional, or local—and make any necessary clinical interventions to maintain the patient's stability.
Postoperative Care: After the procedure, you will oversee the patient's recovery in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Your responsibilities include managing their pain, monitoring their condition as they emerge from anesthesia, and ensuring a smooth transition to the next stage of care.
Educational Responsibilities
- Mentoring and Teaching: You will supervise and teach medical students, residents, and fellows, sharing your expertise and guiding them in their clinical practice.
- Didactic Education: You may be involved in creating and delivering lectures and other educational materials to trainees.
- Curriculum Development: Contributing to the continuous improvement of the department's educational programs to align with the latest medical standards and research.
Research and Academic Responsibilities:
- Conducting Research: Participating in clinical and translational research to advance the field of anesthesiology. This could involve developing new technologies, improving patient safety, or exploring new therapies.
Scholarly Activities:
- Contributing to the academic community through publishing research, presenting at conferences, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Medical Licensing: You must take and pass the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) or the Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination (COMLEX).
- Residency Program: Following medical school, you'll need to successfully complete a four-year anesthesiology residency program.
- Fellowship (Optional): Many anesthesiologists choose to complete an additional one-year fellowship in a subspecialty such as pediatric, cardiac, obstetric, or pain medicine. Yale offers a wide range of these clinical fellowships.
