This position will provide legal services to a multi-generational family office that has a wide range of asset classes and routinely engages in sophisticated transactions of many types. The Corporate Counsel will be a key member of the Company’s legal team reporting to the lawyer who started the legal department twenty plus years ago and who was a principal architect of creating the current family office’s structures. - Contract review, drafting and providing legal analysis on a wide variety of matters
