We are seeking a part-time Functional Family Therapist to join our team.



Starting Salary: $17.50 - $35.00 (Hourly)



Note: Your base wage will be $35.00 per hour for direct clinical work with families and calls/texts to engage families. In addition, for every hour of direct clinical work, an additional half hour will be paid out to compensate for travel time, documentation, collateral contacts, and/or consultation with Cornerstones of Care staff. (These are still expected if not fully reimbursed). For example, a one-hour FFT session would be reimbursed at $35 and an additional $17.50 will be provided to cover travel and documentation, etc. These funds are subject to deductions and withholdings as required by law or the policies of the company. Compensation may be modified from time to time at the company's discretion. Cornerstones of Care pays on a bi-weekly basis.



We are seeking a Part Time Functional Family Therapist to join our team. Your role will provide Functional Family Therapy services to referred families. The therapist will learn and apply the Evidence-Based Practice Functional Family Therapy model, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. As a member of the Clinical Outpatient team, you will work with other team members and report to our Clinical Manager - FFT.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:




  • Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintains a strength-based relational focus. Persistent outreach efforts may be required.
  • Utilizes the CSS system to document services and to plan treatment according to the FFT model.
  • Utilize other systems required, such as MyAvatar, to manage confidential client information.
  • Monitors progress in treatment and adjusts the phase of treatment as indicated.
  • Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of the phase system
  • Assures quality service for clients by addressing core issues within the family that contributed to the reasons for referral.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:



Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following:




  • Master's degree
  • Professional licensure (e.g. LMSW, PLPC, LPC, etc.)
  • At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
  • A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Position Purpose:
Food and food service delivery Drivers fulfill a critical role in the countrys food supply chain. The Driver, Dedicated Backhaul is responsible for driving a tractor-trailer (day cab/sleeper), tandem trailer and/or straight trucks on intrastate and/or interstate routes to pick up logistics' loads and/or other related food and non-food product loads in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. The Driver, Dedicated Backhaul is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Drive to assigned supplier/vendor and/or PFG warehouse locations according to a predetermined route and delivery schedule. The schedule and route types may be local and/or over-the-road, i.e., layovers. Over-the-road schedule length will vary based on the location's business needs.
  • Delivers assigned loads back to PFG warehouse locations for receiving into inventory. Ensures timely pick-ups and the right product is received and loaded.
  • Performs appropriate load and paperwork inspections including but not limited to product counts, invoices of products that have been loaded, quality checks and other related items as required.
  • Check and complete in an accurate and legible fashion all the required paperwork associated with backhaul operations.
  • Routinely check in with direct supervisor to confirm route, load, and schedule. Advise direct supervisor of load drop-off/pick-up issues, schedule changes and other related information. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.

The D365 Senior Technical Analyst partners closely with D365 Platform Operations Leads to deliver a high-performing, customer-focused support service aligned with agreed service scope and SLAs. The Senior D365 Business Analyst is a trusted functional leader for the D365 Finance & Operations ERP platform, responsible for balancing day-to-day operational support with strategic delivery.   • Reads and interprets drawings, specifications, and addenda accurately.
  • Review historical production rates, material pricing, and equipment utilization.
  • Applies all collected information to the job bid to ensure accuracy
  • Intentionally collects information through available channels and applies it to the bidding process to deliver an accurate, well-organized, detailed, and timely bid
  • Performs project takeoffs using BlueBeam
  • Recommends profitability for estimated projects
  • Presents bids to customers
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders (including Project Managers, Field Operations, and Customers) regarding the bid. Supports project handoff to the assigned Project Manager
  • operations, and customers
  • Provides excellent client service and encourages growth and repeat business by establishing and maintaining successful business relationships
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to understand and use multiple platforms (internally and externally) to manage projects (HCSS, Bluebeam, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and project specifications
  • Knowledge of structural and flatwork


Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other related field preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience estimating for a self-performing GC or specialty subcontractor
  • First-hand field experience is a plus

Other Requirements

  • Full-time, In-Person hours required; most work will be performed on weekdays during regular business hours
  • Some travel to M&H office locations may be required.
