Position Details:
- Full-time OB/GYN Openings in California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington
- Patient care that is compassionate, appropriate and effective for the treatment of health problems and the promotion of health
- Professionalism, as manifested through a commitment to carrying out professional responsibilities, adherence to ethical principles, and sensitivity to a diverse patient population

- Maintain regular office hours during the week, and take primary and back-up calls to support the practice (including weekends and holidays)

Required Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology

- Unrestricted WA Physician License, or ability to obtain prior to start of employment
- Board certified/Board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Nevada, Oregon and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for these residents is $318,275 to $472,626. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. C/S is a multi-state commercial general contractor firm who works on projects that range from highly-complex renovations to brand new ground-up facilities in the healthcare, education and civic markets.

- Assist/train administrative assistants to maintain accurate filing system for specific projects.
- Manage and update contract documents over the course of the project (as-built drawings)
Experience Requirements:
- 2+ Years' Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture Preferred
- B.S. in Construction Management or Civil Engineering Preferred
- Experience with Excel & Word
- Experience with Bluebeam Software Preferred
- Experience with BIM Software is Desirable
- Experience with Project Scheduling, Estimating and Project Management Software is Desirable
- Must Be Able to Pass a Criminal Background Check and a Drug Test

Job Description:
Responsible for performing patient care/service activities/procedures as outlined by the state board of nursing and within the Nevada Nurse Practice Act. Performs assigned duties under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Position Overview
We are partnering with multiple inpatient healthcare organizations to recruit Chief Nursing Officers (CNOs) for high-impact executive leadership roles. These positions report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and sit on the executive leadership team, with responsibility for nursing strategy, clinical quality, staffing, and operational excellence.
These opportunities are ideal for experienced nurse leaders seeking visibility, influence, and the ability to drive meaningful change in growing or transitioning hospital environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all nursing and patient care services
Maintain 24/7 accountability for nursing operations, staffing, quality, and compliance
Lead and develop nursing leadership teams, including Nurse Managers and department leaders
Oversee clinical departments including (varies by location):
Nursing Services
Infection Prevention
Education / Staff Development
Respiratory Therapy
