Summary:
The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive, critical care to patients in the intensive care unit. This role encompasses assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, operating life-support equipment, administering advanced treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The position requires strong critical care skills, advanced clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics in high-acuity settings.
Essential Work Functions:
- Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in patient condition
- Administer complex medications and treatments in accordance with approved critical care nursing techniques
- Operate and manage advanced life support equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU environments, addressing physical and emotional needs
- Record significant conditions, reactions, and interventions, notifying the appropriate provider of changes in patient status
- Perform and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring, including arterial lines, central venous pressure, and pulmonary artery catheters
- Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide education to patients and families regarding the ICU environment, treatments, and recovery expectations
- Communicate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures and technologies through ongoing education and training
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols to protect immunocompromised patients and reduce risks
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance ICU patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned within scope
- Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

THE ROLE:
The Project Manager will be the overall project leader on assigned projects. You will plan and oversee all phases of energy projects with the objective of successful on-time completions within budgets while ensuring that customer satisfaction stays at the highest levels. Projects include a combination of energy efficiency measures and renewable generation installations to help local cities, schools, municipalities, and other customers become more sustainable, save money, and improve services to their end users. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide constructability review of scopes during project development.

Create, maintain, and manage project schedules, labor plans, and project documents.
Oversee AHJ, DSA, and utility and special inspections to ensure projects receive all necessary permit sign-offs.
Visit active sites to witness and partake in key milestones and ensure progress and quality.
Work with internal and external Procurement resources to contract the project scope across various suppliers.
Develop and maintain multi-month budget/forecasting revenue and payment forecasts.
Manage payment terms and balances with customers and sub-contractors.
Create Schedule of Values (SOV) on all assigned projects in order to maintain positive cash flow.
Manage project commissioning and closeout phase including all requirements needed to successfully complete projects.
Overall financially responsible to meet established budget, including change orders.
Provide consistent and clear communication with internal and external customers.
Ensure quality, timeliness and completeness of work performed.

-Support cross-functional alignment across Design, Production, Operations, Creative, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches.
-Provide concept context and product insights that inform campaign narratives, styling, and product storytelling.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years in a Merchandising, Buying, Trend Forecasting, or Concept Design role at a fast-fashion, commerical or contemporary apparel brand.
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically—you see the big picture but can execute the details
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills; comfortable pitching ideas and defending data-driven decisions
- Comfortable in a self-starter environment with limited hand-holding
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Commitment to follow-through on all tasks and projects from concept to sell-through
- Excellent MS Office skills, specifically advanced Excel; experience with PLM or ERP systems a plus
- Deep understanding of U.S. market and Gen-Z consumer behavior
- Ability to speak Mandarin a plus
- Ability to travel domestically, and internationally throughout the year.
-Remote within the US, preferred candidate would be local to the LA area.
-Must show previous conceptual work, or be prepared to do a trend project.

- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and reporting tools.
- Manage project dashboards and ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly project status reports.
- Monitor and manage the project email inbox, responding to inquiries and routing requests.
- Communicate with client employees and stakeholders regarding program activities and updates.
- Track project issues and coordinate follow-ups to maintain program visibility.
- Support project coordination efforts to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Position Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
