Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs competent break-fix & preventative maintenance. · Utilizes in-depth application of electrical, mechanical, and fluid power aptitude to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
· Completes and conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development.
· Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.

Description:
- The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
- The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
- The PSR II has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.
- The PSR II will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information.
- Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service center or as business needs dictate.
- Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.

- Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
- Perform verification of patient demographic info / initials including patient signature post-venipuncture to verify tubes were labeled in their presence and that the name on the label is correct.

* Evaluates non-emergency work requests, develops scope of work, and inspects job location to determine job requirements.
* Estimates labor hours, skillsets, parts, materials, equipment and special tools required to complete proactive jobs in a safe and efficient manner.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOBThe Director, Social Investment is responsible for managing a team of paid social experts that activate and manage social campaigns across all social platforms. You will be trusted to oversee a growing client portfolio and collaborate with other team members to deliver innovative solutions to the book of business. This role will also be focused on helping Rise drive revenue growth through three core areas:
- Partnering with the Account Management team mapped to their respective portfolio of accounts to retain current business through delivering a remarkable experience and superior results.
- Working in full collaboration with the Account Management team to grow pre-existing Rise revenue through uncovering and tactically up-selling strategic client growth opportunities, an emphasis on cross-channel or full-funnel growth initiatives
- Supporting new business revenue growth by partnering with Business Development, Account Management, Media Strategy and other channel leaders on new business initiatives
As part of accomplishing the above objectives, the Director, Social Investment will be expected to successfully and fluidly operate across a wide variety of internal and external situations ranging from coaching internal channel managers on complex strategic initiatives, to pitching C-Level client contacts on new business opportunities, to working with Client Partners to craft compelling narratives in order to sell-through strategic growth initiatives.
In addition, this individual must be well-spoken, have strong presentation skills, understand client relationship/risk management, be comfortable managing a high performance team and overseeing large complex accounts with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment.
The right candidate will be passionate about social media and its importance in the consumer journey and marketing funnel. They must have an astute understanding of the social landscape - including all channels, technologies, platforms, etc. and be a leader promoting collaboration and ideation.

- Develop and execute social strategies for both evergreen and event-based campaigns, working closely with internal / external stakeholders
- Provide strategic guidance to clients; anticipate and address client needs and challenges; plan and develop measurable programs that are on strategy, within budget and exceed client objectives marked by clear success criteria (pre and post campaign) and benchmarks

As a MeltwaterImplementation Manager, your primary responsibility is to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new Meltwater clients, ensuring the swift adoption of AI key features. Reporting to the program and Implementation Regional Manager, you will prioritize account setup and provide customized team training to ensure alignment with clients' objectives. What You'll Do:
Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across various teams, including Client Acquisition, Client Success, CX, Training, Global Support, and Product, to provide a tailored and flawless experience for your accounts.
Demonstrate strong leadership within account teams, guiding internal stakeholders to deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
Coordinate internally and within clients all tasks and actions to develop a comprehensive onboarding experience
Initiate and nurture relationships with clients within the first 30 to 45 days of their subscription.
Lead and manage enterprise-level clients, including Fortune 500 accounts ensuring strategic alignment, smooth onboarding, and measurable adoption of Meltwater's AI-powered solutions.
Champion innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies across implementation practices
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and expert across Meltwater's SaaS AI platforms.
Leverage AI-driven tools and data insights to enhance onboarding efficiency, optimize workflows, and deliver smarter client solutions.
Assist in configuring and setting up the application to meet clients' desired outcomes effectively.
Construct and manage complex Boolean logic queries and analytics for insightful data extraction.

What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role within software support

Compensation Overview
Hourly Salary $35 an hour USD + discretionary 5% annual bonus subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan. Earnings are dependent on individual sales performance.

You will play an important role in the day-to-day execution of product launches and category operations, including maintaining product documentation, coordinating campaign setup, tracking competitive activity, and supporting sales and retailer initiatives. This role partners closely with Global Product Development, Sales, Retail, Supply & Demand Planning, Creative, and Finance to ensure launches and marketing programs are executed successfully.

Product Launch Execution
- Support execution of product launches across Environmental Care and new product categories

Product Documentation & Range Management
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of internal spec sheets and product range documentation

Retailer & Channel Coordination
