Summary: Employs radiologic sciences technology to perform a variety of patient care, technical, and diagnostic tasks targeted to the care of patients with cardiovascular disease.

Responsibilities: 1.

Responsibilities

• Represent injured plaintiff-employees in their NC workers’ compensation cases
• Provide legal advice and legal representation to plaintiff-employees during each stage of their workers’ compensation case (i.e. pre- and post-litigation phase, discovery phase, settlement negotiation phase, and beyond)

• May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.

• Works various types of claims, including ones of higher complexity, and may be assigned additional work outside normal duties as needed.

• Works independently solving complex problems with minimal guidance; acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

• Adjusts complex claims with attorney involvement.

• Industry designations such as AINS, CPCU, AIC, SCLA (or actively pursuing)
