Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse demonstrates knowledge and skills in the care of patients. Each service also requires specialized skills. The delivery of care is based on criteria that is age appropriate and is based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs of the individual patients. The Registered Nurse may be asked to float to the Well Baby Nursery or Pediatrics, and will perform only those duties for which he/she has demonstrated competency. The Registered Nurse performs delegated duties consistent with the scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care at Rose Medical Center. Perform Lab testing as assigned based on protocol of each test, documenting results and communicating critical's as defined. Complete competency as required. Follow lab testing safety guidelines, maintenance and QC completion/documentation, and proficiency testing as assigned. Follow "good lab practice" in testing and initiate corrective action as issues occur with test system or result. Educational records (diploma or transcript) are mandatory for staff performing non-waived testing. Position will be responsible for taking call and meeting call shift requirements established by the department. What qualifications you will need for this role:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.

Job Summary and QualificationsOur Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging Department provides a broad range of services to aid in the screening, diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions and emergent injuries. A few responsibilities of our Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech)include:
You will operate x-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated portions of the body.
Under the supervision of a Radiologist, your role performs x-ray therapy on patients and explains procedures to patients and addresses their concerns.
Your role will serve patients in our emergency department, patients in our hospital, and outpatient patients in need of services as well.
You will perform procedures in accordance with established protocols for patients ages neonate through geriatric.
Your role will be responsible for maintaining expert technical and patient-care skills and providing quality diagnostic results.
What qualifications you will need:
- Completion of an AMA approved Radiology Technology training program with current certification by ARRT.
- Must maintain current registry by attending continuing education activities to maintain knowledge and skill level.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.

Position Summary
The Director of Development is a senior fundraising executive responsible for leading and growing all philanthropic revenue for debra of America. Reporting to, and working in close partnership with the Executive Director, the Director of Development will design and execute a comprehensive national fundraising strategy that deepens donor engagement, strengthens infrastructure, and significantly increases contributed revenue across all sources.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for all fundraising activities, establishing short- and long-range goals that strengthen a culture of philanthropy across debra of America.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive annual fundraising plan encompassing major gifts, annual giving, corporate and foundation partnerships, grants, sponsorships, and planned giving.
- Personally manage and grow a portfolio of high-capacity donors and prospects, overseeing the full donor lifecycle including identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and recognition.
- Partner closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to maximize relationships, support peer-to-peer fundraising efforts, and deepen donor engagement nationwide.
- Direct all aspects of the development operation, ensuring revenue targets are achieved or exceeded, departmental budgets are effectively managed, and fundraising performance is measured through clear metrics and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Director of Special Events to ensure all signature events and sponsorship programs deliver strong revenue results and meaningful stewardship experiences.
- Build and oversee a comprehensive grants strategy, including prospect research, proposal development, reporting, and compliance with funder requirements.
- Strengthen organizational infrastructure by evaluating potential transition to a subsidiary foundation model, ensuring adherence to ethical fundraising standards, and optimizing the use of CRM and fundraising systems.
- Serve as an active member of the senior leadership team, mentoring and developing staff, contributing to organization-wide strategy, participating in administrative call systems, and performing other duties as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience, preferably within a national voluntary health or mission-driven nonprofit organization.
- Proven track record of securing five- and six-figure gifts and building successful major gifts programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading comprehensive development programs across major gifts, annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, grants, and special events.
- Strong strategic planning, budgeting, analytical, and performance-management skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities with donors, board members, volunteers, and executive leadership.
- Systems-oriented mindset with experience leveraging CRM platforms and fundraising technology to drive results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree desired; CFRE or advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15–20%and work in a home-based role with preference for candidates located in or near Boulder, Colorado.
Salary: $150,000 plus performance bonus.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the Field Team: Manage Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Foremen, and Trade Partners to achieve project goals for safety, quality, and schedule.
- Own Safety: Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety plans. Maintain an injury-free jobsite and ensure compliance with OSHA and Nunn’s safety program.
- Drive Quality: Oversee inspections, testing, and craftsmanship to meet owner expectations and contract requirements using Procore’s Action Plan tool.
- Manage the Schedule: Partner with the Project Manager to plan, update, and improve schedules using Lean and Last Planner methods. Anticipate risks and remove constraints early.
- Control Costs: Manage self-perform work, equipment rentals, and assist with accurate monthly forecasting. Identify cost-saving opportunities through smart sequencing and resource management.
- Coordinate the Jobsite: Lead site logistics, mobilization, and workflow to maximize safety and efficiency. Ensure compliance with Storm Water Management and Best Management Practices (BMPs).
- Communicate & Represent: Lead weekly foremen meetings, collaborate with project stakeholders, and communicate clearly with Owners, Architects, and Engineers.
- Mentor Others: Develop and motivate your field team to achieve personal and professional growth while reinforcing Nunn’s core values.
- Build Relationships: Represent Nunn in a professional manner during client meetings, interviews, and public project tours — strengthening relationships that lead to future opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- No more than 2 employers in the past 5 years and 3 employers in the past 10 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5–15 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects — especially K-12 schools, higher education, healthcare, municipal, or advanced manufacturing/technology.
- Complete understanding of plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and lead large teams effectively.
- Extensive construction scheduling experience with demonstrated success delivering projects on time.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore preferred).
- Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor with strong personal accountability and pride in workmanship.

Our client is looking for a Power Distribution Designer to join the team! This role will provide full training! The position is hybrid onsite/remote in the Colorado Springs area. Flexible working hours. The focus of the role is to prepare project and job packages that include material lists, requisitions, labor estimates, site drawings and construction drawings for installations of electrical and power distribution projects in a cost-effective manner.

Position Overview
As a Sales Supervisor at Zadig & Voltaire's Aspen boutique, you play a pivotal role in driving store performance and fostering a culture of excellence. You support the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) in achieving sales goals and operational standards. In their absence, you serve as the store lead, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, exceptional customer service, and team development.
