Principal Duties/Responsibilities:


* Performs mid to expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includes but is not limited to: observing devises in operation to location root cause of problem; dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; examining parts to detect imperfections; adjustment of functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair and/or replacement of defective parts; testing of device to observe performance; and performing tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems; reconditioning and repairing machine tools.


* Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary.


* Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards.


* May be required to setup and operate multiple machining operations including but not limited to: lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform welding tasks.


* Complies with 5S and housekeeping standards.


* Drives and participates in CI activities - processes, results and cost savings.


* Updates records and reviews CMMS history.


* Troubleshoots and analyzes control systems to resolve software/ hardware and configuration problems.


* Utilizes predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data.


* Provides assistance to lower level technicians and leadership to small teams. Performs more advanced functions as a part of training and development.


* Completes on-the-job and technical self-study programs for career development.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required:


* High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).


* Associates degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry; or 5 years of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program.


* Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems. Can analyze problems and perform repairs.


* Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to use close vision and color vision. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud. We are seeking an HVACR School Director to lead the design and launch of a high-quality heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) training program that prepares students for successful careers in the HVACR trade. This leader will oversee curriculum development, recruit and manage instructors, and ensure the program aligns with industry standards, safety requirements, and workforce needs.

Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Schools, the Director will play a key role in building the program from the ground up while integrating emerging training technologies—including simulation, immersive learning environments, and AI-supported instruction—to accelerate skill development and help shape the future of trade education.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development & Leadership

  • Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive HVACR training program from inception through launch
  • Establish program goals, learning outcomes, and performance metrics
  • Ensure curriculum aligns with industry standards, applicable mechanical codes, and workforce demands
  • Oversee accreditation, credentialing, and compliance requirements as applicable
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement by implementing innovative teaching methods, including simulation, AI-assisted instruction, and immersive learning technologies

Technology & Innovation in Trade Education

  • Evaluate and integrate emerging training technologies such as AI-assisted learning tools, simulation platforms, and virtual/augmented reality (VR/AR) into the HVACR curriculum
  • Collaborate with curriculum designers and technology partners to develop immersive learning environments that replicate real-world mechanical and service job sites
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate learning outcomes using adaptive learning systems and simulation-based training

Instructional Staff & Workforce Development

  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise HVACR instructors
  • Mentor instructors to ensure high-quality, consistent instruction

Curriculum & Instruction

The team develops breakthrough and distinctive omnichannel brand design systems that meet customer needs and drive business objectives while keeping our global brand relevant in culture. We are seeking a curious, self-starting Designer with a strong foundation in 3D visualization and spatial design (2–4 years of experience) who is excited to lead the exploration of how AI tools can accelerate creative workflows.


Working alongside senior design leadership, this role will help visualize and prototype next-generation retail environments and store concepts, contributing to design systems that shape how the brand comes to life in physical space. The designer will drive the development of spatial concepts and floorplans, using 3D modeling, AI-assisted visualization, and rapid prototyping to bring new ideas to life.


This role is ideal for a professional who is fluent in 3D tools and eager to experiment with Generative AI as a creative accelerator—using emerging technologies to speed up concept development, rendering, and storytelling while refining outputs through high-level design craft.


Collaboration & Strategy

  • Lead the ideation and visualization of store design systems that improve the customer experience while remaining operationally sound.
