About the role
In this role, the Medical Lab Scientist is responsible for supporting the delivery of patient care by performing laboratory testing that is utilized in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. The Warehouse Operations Director is responsible for the operational excellence of all aspects of AAR’s Global warehouse operations; provides overall guidance and oversight in the areas of execution, technology, infrastructure, safety, streamlining and interfacing with AAR business and operational entities, internal and external customers, continuous process improvements, and developing and monitoring related key performance indicators. This role blends leadership with active participation, requiring someone who can interact, manage and guide people and contribute directly to the success and growth of the organization.
What you will be responsible for:
- Take lead on operational excellence and logistical functions of AAR’s global warehouses, with a focus on streamlines processes, efficiencies, productivity, infrastructure requirements, technology, hands-on management and compliance.
- Actively assist in overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory management.
- Own operational strategy, execution, and continuous improvement for internal and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods worldwide.
- In depth understanding of global import and export operations and requirements, ensuring compliance with all customs, trade, and regulatory requirements.
- Customs filings and documentation to ensure timely and accurate clearance.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams on trade regulations, audits, duty optimization, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and adapt to changes in global trade laws, tariffs, and regulations.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into global performance and risks.

What you need to be successful in this role:
- 10+ years of experience in global supply chain, warehouse management or logistics management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to lead global operations, ensuring compliance with international trade laws, managing customs, documentation, tariffs, and optimizing cross-border processes.
- Strong understanding of import/export management and customs filing.
- Experience supporting 3PL warehouses and management of inventory.
- Demonstrated ability to define, analyze, and report on warehouse metrics.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams while actively participating in warehouse operations.
- Ability to effectively communicate to leadership, peers and team members. Must be able to shift communication styles to interact successfully across departments.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. Summary:

Summary:
The Pharmacy Technician Intern assists licensed pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, demonstrating leadership and initiative, and fulfilling the needs of the department and the Medical Center. The Pharmacy Technician Intern is involved in the training of newly hired pharmacy technicians and pharmacy technician interns. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a not full time position. Shifts will vary from daytime to evening and included weekends. As noted above, once the intern becomes a P3 student, evening medication reconciliation shifts are expected at least once weekly. In addition, interns are expected to pick up shifts during holiday and summer breaks. It's possible that full time work may be available if the intern is interested.

Responsibilities:
1.Recognizes and identifies various classifications of medications, medication names, dosage forms and routes of administration.
2.Ability to use available print and online references as appropriate.
3.Understand the pharmacy workflow for first doses, pyxis refills, cart fill and batches.
4.Understand the pharmacy workflow for medication returns and medication disposal.
5.Performs pharmaceutical calculations accurately including fundamental math calculations, metric conversions, pharmaceutical dose calculations and parenteral dose calculations.
6.Responsible for the accurate interpretation of EPIC pharmacy labels:
a.Interpretation and understanding of medical abbreviations.
b.Identification and differentiation of various types of medication orders (Scheduled, PRN, Once, STAT, NOW).
7.Ability to appropriately label all medication dosage forms including auxiliary labels for expiration and storage as required.
8.Responsible for the accurate and timely filling and delivery of patient-specific medications and Pyxis restocks.
9.Ability to troubleshoot Pyxis equipment (i.e.: failed drawers, inventory, outdates).
10.Ability to utilize technology in the pharmacy (i.e.: Carousels, DoseEdge, WASP, MILT, RxVerify) as needed for assigned duties.
11.Responsible for the preparation of non-sterile compounding and packaging:
a.Ability to accurately draw up oral syringes, compound topical medications and other duties as assigned.
b.Recognizes the regulations for repackaging medications and complies with all required labeling and documentation procedures for non-sterile compounding and packaging.
12.Responsible for answering phones, assisting caller with missing medication requests and any other technical duties as assigned.
13.Responsible for utilization of Epic for technical requests (i.e.: missing medications, Pyxis out of stock and responding to in-basket messages)
14.Responsible for inventory, storage and supply maintenance of assigned areas.
15.Place orders through RxWorks to maintain adequate inventory levels as assigned:
a.Follow stock rotation practices when putting away medication orders.
16.Responsible for compliance with USP and aseptic technique practices when preparing sterile products:
a.Recognizes incompatible, unstable and/or expired compounded sterile products.
b.Maintains all required documentation of compounded sterile products and production areas for sterile products.
17.Recognizes investigational drug orders and documentation requirements for preparation and use.
18.Responsible for exchanging emergency carts and completion of required documentation as assigned.
19.Responsible for knowing the laws and regulations related to controlled substances.
20.Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and work areas.
21.Knowledge of departmental and Medical Center safety practices.
22.Awareness of departmental quality assurance processes.
23.Actively participates in various departmental committees and educational activities as assigned.
24.Responsible for the smooth and efficient technical operation of the specific practice site. Provides in advance and in follow-up the management of issues of a departmental or site-specific nature regardless of absence from the work site. For example, before a scheduled day off, the technician brings important issues to the attention of the replacement technician or follows up on problems with the replacement person upon return.
25.Assists supervisor and pharmacist working in the area in the execution of related assignments involving technical support for the department or practice site.
26.Responsible for participation in the review, revision, and preparation of related policies and procedures for the Department of Pharmacy Policy and Procedure manual.
27.Provides departmental support and leadership in fulfilling departmental staffing needs as required during short staffing situations.
28.Under the direct supervision of the pharmacist the Pharmacy Technician Intern may perform:
a.Medication admission histories
b.Medication discharge counseling
c.IV to PO reports
d.Creatinine clearance monitoring
e.Drug Use Evaluations
29.Any and all other duties as assigned.

POSITION PURPOSE
Working within assigned areas, performs on-going Planned Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) of diagnostic and therapeutic imaging equipment used throughout the healthcare facility. Assists in the planning and installation of diagnostic and therapeutic imaging equipment.

Meets target objectives and standards for timeliness and quality of Planned Maintenance (PM) schedules and repairs of assigned clinical equipment.
Assumes responsibility for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and repair of clinical equipment as assigned by Clinical Engineering (CE) Manager. Resolves sensitive or complex problems with supervision.
Orders parts and supplies, within established departmental guidelines, that are required for the emergency service and repair of radiological and general medical equipment. Makes recommendations regarding imaging test equipment and spare equipment parts to the CE Manager.
Responsible for coordinating repairs with vendors and users when needed, this includes follow up paperwork and verification that issues are resolved.
Attends training sessions on equipment maintenance in order to keep up-to-date on technological and medical equipment advances. Conducts in-service or coordinates training to radiology clinical/professional staff on proper use and safety of radiology equipment. Also, provides assistance and training to Biomedical Equipment Techs I and II as assigned.
Provide on-call service coverage after normal business hours on a rotating basis, as assigned.
Maintains high level of customer satisfaction as demonstrated by the results of customer satisfaction surveys.

Assumes minor extra duties, including work normally assigned to Biomedical Equipment Technicians.
May perform duties as Lead Biomedical Equipment Technician or other duties as assigned or required by the CE Manager.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations; the Trinity Health Integrity and Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in related field of medical electronics, electronic technology, imaging service technology or equivalent related military training and experience. Certified Radiology Equipment Service (CRES) preferred but not required.
One to two years of equivalent experience performing corrective and planned maintenance on diagnostic x-ray, ultrasound and other equipment including but not limited to Mobile, Carms, Radiology Rooms, Dental units, Simulators, Film Processors, laser Camera, CRs, Alternators, 1st Look Nuclear Cameras, etc. Related experience operating complex testing equipment, including but not limited high Voltage Bleeder or Dynalyzer, Densitometer, Non-Invasive KVp meter, etc.
Must have a basic understanding of radiation physics, medical terminology, medical instrumentation, anatomy, physiology, imaging service techniques, 21 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations).
Must have knowledge and understanding of OSHA, NFPA, The Joint Commission, , EOC, FDA and other specific regulations and standards pertaining to clinical and radiology equipment service and repair.
Maintain up-to-date understanding of The Joint Commission, and NFPA standards as well as state and federal regulations.
Working knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools and the test equipment specific to imaging and biomedical modalities.
Ability to analyze and interpret information provided by clinical staff and equipment to determine operational condition, and ability to follow complex written instructions, perform tasks and document actions taken.
Must have basic understanding of personal computer operation, applications, and ability to input data using a keyboard. Network training preferred.
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $31.87 - $47.81 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
