Job Description
Under general supervision, the Seal Repair Technician is responsible for all processes related to disassembly and assembly of rotating equipment. The Seal Repair Technician follows instruction from a Repair job packet and router to perform DCI (Dismantle Clean and Inspect) and gives a written description of the wear and condition of critical components seal.
This position completes all inspection forms taking pictures of all critical components and uses inspection equipment for proper documentation of the assembly. With assistance identifies, inspects and evaluates material returned, determines repair operations, performs simple shop operations, verify specifications, initiate work and purchase orders.
Receives John Crane parts and materials returned by customers and branch offices. Evaluates from a condition of material, checks current drawing revisions and general product knowledge whether material is repairable or non-repairable.
- Identifies and inspects material returned.
- Ensures all components are properly cleaned and free from foreign material per departmental procedures
- Performs the assembly of the seal once the repair has been released to the shop and all components have been replaced or reconditioned and marked ready for assembly.
- Under close supervision, repairs returned seals and seal parts.
- May perform parts structuring, checks cost structure, and determines price of repair, ensures assembly is structured correctly, and price repair.
- Determines necessary repair operations, ensures BOM (bill of materials) / drawings / repair parts match.
- Performs simple operations on drill press (single spindle), tool post grinder, bead blast polisher and lapping machine.
- Verifies part specifications with measuring instruments such as micrometer, vernier caliper, dial indicator and optical flats.
- May initiates purchase orders for new jobs if vendors are involved.
- Consults with Engineering or Sales departments as necessary.
- Maintains necessary records and small inventory of seal parts used for repair orders.
- Works from factory work orders, prints, rework orders and verbal instructions.
- Assists newer repair personnel as necessary.

Job Description
Night Shift hours (4:30p - 1:00a)
Sets up, writes programs and edits existing programs, and operates numerically controlled machinery. These include but are not limited to lathes, mills, drills, and other machinery as required.
- Maintains quality and tolerances within .0003”.
- Follow written and verbal procedures for machining and other duties.
- Work from work order routings, prints, sketches, layout sheets, written and verbal instructions.
- Working knowledge of programming languages and the ability to learn / adapt per machine.
- Must be able to recognize and understand functions of machine parameters with the ability to modify as required per supervisor’s instructions.
- Utilize knowledge of working properties for a variety of materials such as stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, brass, exotics, etc.
- Presets tools and may be required to re-sharpen.
- Inspect work produced using micrometer; bore gage, venire calipers, or other measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
- Follow preventative maintenance procedures on equipment as prescribed by supervisor and report operating difficulties of equipment to supervisor.
- Perform duties in accordance with company safety policies, reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Make proper labor and time reports.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Keep machine(s) / work area clean and orderly.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities based upon individual branch requirements.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with a technical school education and working machinist knowledge or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of CNC machine tool Programming & Operating experience.
- Numerical control machining skills experience and ability to read and interpret work related machine drawings.
- Make average to complicated mathematical calculations and resolve elementary technical problems.
- CNC Programmer/Operator will be compensated in accordance with defined expertise, experience and production efficiency.
- Can operate a minimum of 2 CNC machine tools.
- Possesses previous experience as a Manual machinist.
- Must be detail oriented; be able to work independently using sound judgment.
- Good verbal, written, problem solving and organization skills required.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Pay Range: $27.00 - $30.00 hr.
Position offers an additional $2.00 Shift Differential.

Position Overview:
Health Monitor Network (HMN) is seeking a Vice President, Data Analytics, Research & Insights to run a focused, practical insights and measurement function. This role is accountable for demonstrating performance, impact, and effectiveness of HMN’s digital and point-of-care solutions, supporting client decision-making, and elevating the quality and consistency of analytics and reporting across the organization.
Success is defined by clarity of thinking, strong vendor orchestration, crisp storytelling, and disciplined execution.
Core Responsibilities:
1. ROI Measurement and Client Value Storytelling
- Own the partnership with third-party measurement providers like IQVIA, Symphony, Crossix etc., to conduct ROI and effectiveness studies.
- Translate study outputs into clear, credible, and compelling value stories for clients, sales teams, and executives.
- Ensure insights are framed around client objectives, decision points, and business impact rather than methodology.
- Support sales pitches, renewals, and QBRs with defensible performance narratives.
2. Digital Analytics, Insights, and Reporting Leadership
- Own HMN’s digital analytics and reporting function across screen, print, and digital products.
- Establish clear standards for metrics, dashboards, reporting templates, and insight delivery.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness of reporting across clients and campaigns.
- Coach and mentor the analytics and reporting team, raising the bar on analytical thinking and communication.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Technology to improve how data is captured, interpreted, and operationalized.
3. Targeted Market Research to Support Point of Care Initiatives
- Lead fast, fit-for-purpose market research efforts to answer specific business questions and justify proof-of-concept investments.
- Determine when research is needed, what level of rigor is appropriate, and how to balance speed, cost, and insight.
- Manage external research vendors, panels, and tools as needed.
- Synthesize findings into concise recommendations that inform go-forward decisions.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in in analytics, research, insights, or measurement roles within healthcare, pharma, media, and an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience working with third-party measurement partners such as IQVIA, Symphony, Crossix, or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital and point-of-care measurement, performance metrics, and campaign reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data and research into clear, persuasive business narratives.
- Direct experience in building novel data, digital and analytics capabilities, and leading analytics in support of critical strategic decisions around product or campaign optimization.
- Experience leading and developing small to mid-sized analytics or insights teams.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and prioritizing effort against business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus but not required.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to MMM, attribution, or advanced statistical methods.
- Experience supporting new product launches or proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Background in both research and digital analytics environments.
