Responsibilties:Provide in-home, para-professional services necessary for caring for patients' personal needs under the direction of the RN.
- Perform and/or assist patient with personal care activities, such as, baths, showers, skin and hair care, and oral hygiene. Assure universal safety precautions and direction on the care plan are followed when providing care. Provide care that meets the patient's needs.
- Notify RN of any changes in patient condition observed in a timely manner and document appropriately.
- Record all required information on patient chart completely and accurately. Assure documentation is completed per organization protocol.
- Assist patient with transfer and ambulating. Perform range of motion exercises. Assure all activities are performed safely and follow the principles of good body mechanics.
- Perform general housekeeping of patient's area and change patient's bed linens. Assist family with light housekeeping activities, such as dusting, vacuuming, damp mopping, etc.
- Assist client with self-administration of oral medication/s. Remind patient when to take medication/s.
- Prepare simple meals in accordance with dietary instructions and assist patient with eating if necessary.
- Assist with of foley catheter and colostomy care to ensure proper hygiene. Assist patient with changing colostomy bags. Perform peri care. Measure urine. Assist with ostomy care and assure skin is clean around stoma.
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned. Demonstrate flexibility with job responsibilities in all areas.
- Adheres to HMH's Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
- Lifts a minimum of 50 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 50 lbs. and stands a minimum of 8 hours a day.

A Typical Day...Joining us as a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you'll provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices. Using your people management experience and passion for helping people, you'll provide leadership to the customer-centric teams in the offices you manage to accelerate their seasonal tax business.
You'll serve as the front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience, and achieving all office related growth objectives for three tax offices. Prior tax preparation experience is not required.
You will start a flexible part-time schedule in the fall to prepare for the busy tax season. From January to April, you will transition to full-time, including evening and weekend hours as needed. Please note that this role is not remote and will require you to work in-person.

We are seeking a Waste Collection CDL Driver who will be working out of our Jersey City Depot (264 Broadway, Jersey City, NJ 07306) servicing NYC Routes and reporting to the Site Manager but is also subject to supervision by Route Supervisors and Dispatchers. This is a full time, Union, non-exempt, hourly position with an overnight schedule starting anywhere between 7pm and 9pm but may vary depending on business needs. Shifts may vary from 10 to 12 hours per evening or until the route is complete. This Depot will be servicing our NYC routes.
Working alongside a Helper, our Waste Collection CDL Drivers main responsibility is to safely operate a rear-loading truck, for the pick-up service of bags or containers filled with waste or recyclable material. Drivers transport the material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility, and may make one or more trips throughout the shift.
Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.:- The driver is responsible for safely operating the truck in compliance with IWSs safety standards as well as OSHA and DOT regulations, and local traffic laws.
- Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle using utilizing standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report); notes all issues on DVIR form for corrective review/repair.
- Ensuring that the container and its content are always secure. This includes periodically checking tarps and ties, and may require the driver to climb onto containers and/or reach overhead.
- Perform pre- and post-route inspections of assigned truck and document any safety issues on standard reports.
- Continuously monitor for safety and service-related issues, as well as containers of other equipment in need of repair, and report any issues to the Route Supervisor or Dispatch.
- All IWS employees are expected to be responsible and accountable for the safety for themselves, their colleagues, the trucks, and other equipment and property. Drivers must immediately notify Route Supervisor or Dispatch of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
- Communicate professionally with customers and Dispatchers at all times. This includes receiving complaints about schedules and quality of service. Our Drivers must make note of and report on any such complaints and respond in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Attend all required training, operational meetings, and mandatory monthly Safety Meetings
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- All Drivers must have a valid Class A or B CDL and a clean driving record.
- At least 1 year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL A or B, within the last 7 years. Experience as a Driver or Helper for a refuse company is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA and applicable traffic regulations.
- Must be able to speak and read English well enough to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic and signals, respond to official questions, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records.

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting with one or more construction projects with the management of the overall planning, scheduling, code compliance, cost tracking, safety, and completion of these projects. The position requires business management acumen, and the candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills and have strong communication and team building skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential construction.
WORK HOURS:
Weekdays 7 am to 5 pm; Saturdays 7 am- 1pm, as required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Study and understand plans, specifications, blueprints, and process submittals.
- Work with and assist project coordination and support staff in distributing all project data and documents to the project team.
- Maintain field set of project drawings and specifications.
- Work with and assist the project manager and the superintendent in coordinating, scheduling, and managing all construction activities.
- Maintain accurate time-keeping and construction activity records.
- Coordinate information flow between field personnel, sub-contractors and design team.
- Assist in reviewing and evaluating sub-contractor proposals including preparation of cost comparison/leveling charts as required.
- Monitor site activities and material receiving – ensure that material received is properly inspected for quantity and quality, and for compliance with specifications and approved submittals.
- Work with and assist the project manager and the superintendent with all jobsite reporting requirements, including daily reports, field purchase orders, weekly unit reports/meetings, weekly updates to the “two week look-ahead” and monthly updates to the construction schedule.
- Familiarize yourself with shop drawing and submittals and monitor the submittal schedule, contract documents, various tracking logs to comply with contract and company reporting requirements.
- Attend required jobsite meetings and take meeting minutes to present to all attending and non-attending parties.

PRE-REQUISITES:
- Requires Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor’s degree.
- Requires 2+ years of stick-framed multifamily residential construction experience in Sitework experience preferred.
- Requires superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential both within the internal project team and externally with subcontractors, labor force, etc.
- Requires the ability to work with and have knowledge of the shop drawing submittal process.
- Requires the ability to read and comprehend building plans and specifications and able to comprehend and recognize safety standards and issues.
- Requires the ability to determine the priority of assignments based on critical deadlines.
- Requires the ability to resolve field-initiated questions.
- Requires understanding of construction contracts, retention, and releases.
- Requires the ability to interact with all levels of personnel and customers.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction.
