The Guest Experience Advisor is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by overseeing various operational aspects that enhance customer satisfaction.   • Guest Experience & Shuttle Service: Provide friendly and professional shuttle service for guests, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs while maintaining a clean and safe shuttle environment.
  • Parts Expediting & Procurement: Assist in sourcing, retrieving, and delivering automotive parts efficiently to support repair operations, ensuring timely availability of necessary components.
  • Repair Order Management: Assist in building and maintaining accurate repair orders, ensuring clear communication between guests, service advisors, and technicians.
  • Facility Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in both the guest lobby and the shop, including restocking refreshments, tidying up seating areas, and ensuring the shop remains organized and free of hazards.
  • Guest Assistance: Support guests by answering questions, providing updates on their vehicle’s service, Pulling guest vehicle up to front door after repair completion and assisting with any other customer service needs.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Guest Experience Manager, service advisors, and technicians to streamline operations and enhance the overall service experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Job Description

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepares and drafts legal documents for filing with appropriate entities and necessary correspondence
  • Drafts pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders
  • Corresponds with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases
  • Interviews witnesses for court cases and prepares witnesses to testify
  • Shall ensure the accuracy of all documents prepared
  • Shall promptly appear in court on all cases assigned
  • Shall handle all aspects of cases assigned to them
  • Performs administrative duties as necessary, including filing, mailing, organizing files and pleadings
  • Conducts legal research for particular issues


Qualifications

Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:

  • J.D
  • Nebraska license required
  • Family law experience is preferred but not required
  • Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five years or more of litigation experience

HomeServices of Nebraska is looking for a Jr. Escrow Closer to fill their Lincoln, NE office. This position is full time, working Monday through Friday 40 hours per week. This position is a liaison between lenders and escrow closers and will communicate and coordinate with lenders for the preparation of settlement statements, file balancing and related lender requirements. Serve as support staff to Escrow Closers.


Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

  1. Coordinate and communicate with lenders.
  2. Review and organize file in preparation for closing.
  3. Communicate with title closing processors to update information.
  4. Prepare and revise settlement statements to balance with lender financing detail.
  5. Coordinate with all parties to ensure mortgage documents and funds are delivered in a timely manner.
  6. Work with appropriate parties to clear up outstanding title issues.
  7. Primary support for escrow closers while providing occasional support for title closing processors.
  8. Update required information needed for settlement preparation.
  9. Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
