Role Description

The Speech Therapist will provide teletherapy services to individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries, focusing on speech, communication, language, and swallowing disorders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
  • Treat speech, communication, language, and dysphagia-related swallowing disorders
  • Monitor and document client progress in the designated EMR
  • Collaborate with case managers and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active California SLP license in good standing
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Expertise in speech therapy evaluation and treatment
  • Strong knowledge of speech, communication, and language disorders
  • Experience treating dysphagia and swallowing disorders
  • Experience working with neurological populations (TBI, SCI, stroke, or related conditions)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in home-based or community-based care is a plus
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus

The Principal Mechanical Engineer will play a vital role in driving innovation for our next-generation instrumentation. Core Responsibilities

-You will lead the end-to-end mechanical design and development of mechanical sub-systems including electro-mechanical, pneumatic, fluidic, and thermal components.

-You will develop novel mechanisms for automated reagent and flow cell loading, clamping, and sealing, ensuring reliability over repeated use.
