JOB SUMMARY This role oversees asset and CI lifecycle in ServiceNow CMDB ensuring data is complete, accurate, compliant, and service-aware for reliable reporting and operational decisions.

Asset and CI Lifecycle Management Audit the end‑to‑end lifecycle of assets and their corresponding Configuration Items, from intake through retirement.
Ensure continuous alignment and synchronization between Asset and CI records.
Resolve mismatches in state, substate, ownership, and location between asset and CI records.
Ensure proper retirement and disposal tracking is occurring in alignment with governance and compliance requirements.

The Group Category Manager plays a critical role in maximizing the value of Johns Manville’s Indirect Category Spend by leading strategic sourcing and category management across Information Technology, Human Resources, Auto Fleet, Travel, and Marketing. This position directly influences JM’s cost structure, supplier performance, and operational resilience. Through expert negotiation, strategic supplier partnerships, and cross‑functional collaboration, the Group Category Manager delivers measurable business value—driving cost optimization, reducing risk, strengthening compliance, and ensuring the organization has the right suppliers, at the right cost, delivering the right outcomes. The successful Group Category Manager will:
Strategic Sourcing & Category Leadership
- Deliver competitive advantage through development and execution of strategic category plans aligned with business objectives and market intelligence.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to gather meaningful requirements, ensure high‑quality supplier responses, and drive effective supplier selection.
- Identify, validate, and implement cost‑saving opportunities, driving measurable year‑over‑year improvements.
Contracting & Negotiation Excellence
- Negotiate and manage complex master agreements, statements of work, and long‑term supplier contracts to ensure optimal pricing, quality, service, and terms.
- Provide fact‑based recommendations to executive leadership and ensure contracts fully address compliance, quality, and performance expectations.
Supplier Performance & Relationship Management
- Establish strong supplier relationships, ensuring continuous improvement and acting as escalation point to resolve performance issues.
- Evaluate supplier financial stability and long‑term viability to reduce operational and financial risk.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Partner with Legal to ensure cloud‑based technology contracts include appropriate protections and meet data privacy requirements.
- Coordinate with Cyber Security to ensure supplier solutions meet JM’s security standards and undergo proper review throughout RFP and lifecycle processes.
Cross‑Company Leadership
- Lead Berkshire Hathaway Leveraging Spend quarterly calls and annual conference, including oversight of collaboration tools and communication.
- Manage the North American travel program, including supplier contracts, policy compliance, and communication.
Process Improvement & Data‑Driven Decision Making
- Support and champion simplification of Procure‑to‑Pay processes to enhance business experience and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting to support GP&L operations, including AOP planning.
- Conduct total cost of ownership analysis to support strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management or a closely related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- CPSM certification desirable
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong negotiation capability with proven results in complex contract environments
- Working knowledge of supplier management principles, strategy development, and contract law
- Experience with SAP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to interpret business needs, develop sourcing strategies, and communicate recommendations to executive leadership
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for internal and external audiences
- Demonstrated ability to conduct financial analysis and evaluate total cost of ownership
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Sailpoint Test Lead to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Denver, Colorado or Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Duties:
- Developing test strategies, plans, and test cases
- Executing test cases and documenting test results
- Leading defect remediation processes and reporting defects
- Supporting project managers and IAM leads with ensuring agreed test coverage and acceptance criteria
- Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting non-functional testing
- Collaborating with IAM and functional business teams to enhance quality practices and delivery effectiveness
- Identitying governance solutions and IAM processes
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 7+ years of experience with focus on IAM solutions
- Proven experience with functional, regression, performance, and chaos testing
- Proficiency in SailPoint IIQ is a must, knowledge of JIRA and Selenium
- Strong self-management skills, execute tasks independently ensuring timely completion of assignments while maintaining accountability for results without direct oversight
- Exceptional understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, including access requests, certifications, provisioning, role-based access control, automated provisioning/deprovisioning, and user lifecycle management
- SailPoint IdentityIQ and its integration with various systems and applications
- Proficiency in functional, system, security, and integration testing to verify the functionality, performance, and security of IAM solutions
- Excellent verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in IAM and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and technologies

The approximate pay range for this position is between $33.00 and $48.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
