Join us in making a difference in the early detection of hearing loss in newborns as a Newborn Hearing Screen Technician!

As a newborn hearing screen technician, you will provide hearing screens in the hospital after a baby is born. You will work on-site at one or more hospital locations to screen newborns for hearing loss. At Pediatrix, you will receive on-the-job training. This includes annual certification accredited by the American Academy of Audiology. Responsibilities

On a typical day, you will conduct newborn hearing screens, usually in a new mom's hospital room, and help educate parents about the importance of the screen using video and printed tools we provide. You will also be in charge of entering patient data and validation of hearing screens, as needed. Additional responsibilities may include helping to confirm or reschedule outpatient appointments, following up on any equipment issues and training new staff.

Qualifications

Experience Industry: Entry Level Healthcare

Minimum Qualification/Education Level:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required

Preferred Experience Years: Entry Level. One to three months related experience

Position Summary

The Administrative & Operations Assistant provides operational, logistical, and administrative support to daily business functions within our interpretation and translation services company. This role is responsible for assisting with scheduling, documentation, client communication, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks that support organizational efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist with interpreter and translator scheduling and assignment coordination
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal communications
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide professional customer service
  • Coordinate incoming service requests and update job details in the system
  • Assist with quality assurance procedures, file organization, and compliance documentation
  • Manage supplies, vendor communication, and office logistics
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks, follow‑up, and project support
Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–4 years of administrative or operations experience (industry experience a plus)

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Tour Guide at Colorado Sightseer located in Denver, CO. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading sightseeing tours, providing historical and cultural information, and ensuring a memorable experience for visitors. This is an on-site role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for sharing knowledge and creating positive experiences for tourists. Guides are driver guides and will run tours out of Denver in 15 passenger Ford Transit Vans. No special license is needed. We are currently looking for a Project Engineer to join our team . The Project Engineer assists the Project Manager with the planning and daily execution of the construction project. Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule, as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, and maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability and while complying with our Safety culture.


Responsibilities:

  • Able to travel 60-70% of the time (Within Colorado)
  • Assist in development of project plan as requested
  • Read and understand plans and specifications
  • Perform quantity takeoffs
  • Perform solicitations to Vendors and Subcontractors
  • Work on project site to observe progression
  • Communicate roll out of projects with Project Manager, Superintendent, and field personnel
  • Perform submittals to agencies as required for construction of project
  • Review and analyze job cost information – verify accurate and complete, address and or correct as necessary
  • Communicate with Project Manager and Superintendent on a regular basis to ensure project issues and concerns are addressed
  • Generate billing quantities from information provided by field personnel and contractual requirements
  • Able to work and assist others to work in a safe manner within the guidelines of the company’s policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • BS Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field of study
  • Good Communication skills and ability to work well with others in a Team environment
