Certified Pool Operator or Aquatic Facility Operator license preferred.
SCUBA Certification is preferred, but is not required.

Position Summary
The Softball Site Leader/Scorekeeper plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the adult softball program at designated fields in Corvallis and Albany. Responsible for overseeing various aspects of the games, including scorekeeping, field supervision, and ensuring the safety of participants and facilities. Key responsibilities include setting up for games, keeping official score and operate electric scoreboards during games and handle player or field-related situations. Product and Logistics Coordinator oversees product design strategy and details, directly coordinates production with third-party manufacturers, logistics and inventory management. They are assisted by the Customer Service Representative in logistics and order management.

What knowledge, skills and experience could you bring to the the team?

Production and Aerosol Product
- Oversee all aspects of the aerosol can production process to ensure timely, efficient production and availability of products. This will include thorough understanding of aerosol products including understanding components, points of failure, sourcing alternative components and working with Product Development Team to ensure products meets scientific efficacy, regulatory compliance and supports product marketing efforts.
- Oversee third-party suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that stringent quality control (QC) procedures and protocols are developed, implemented, and adhered to.
- Ensure that all products are delivered timely, within scope and budget using business, management, budgeting and analysis skills.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Regularly report status to management.
- Develop and manage the accuracy and security of production documentation with assistance from various employees including product recipes, label production, electronic emitter programming etc.
Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator
- Manage inventory and oversee all shipments, international and domestic.

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Provides clinical pharmacy services to ambulatory patients. Provides comprehensive medication management in multiple areas of practice, including but not limited to anticoagulation, perioperative management of anticoagulants and antiplatelets, anemia management with erythropoiesis stimulating agents, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, heart failure, COPD, asthma and opioid use disorder. Ensures departmental efficiencies and compliance with regulatory bodies. Instructs other pharmacists, pharmacy residents and pharmacy students.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Medication Management Clinic provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care and care coordination to ambulatory patients who are on high-risk medications or who require disease state management.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist and Pharmacist Preceptor licensure required.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required within 90 days of hire.
Previous ambulatory care clinic experience preferred. Alternatives may include completion of a PGY 1 residency with rotations in ambulatory care and anticoagulation rotation, completion of a PGY 2 residency in ambulatory care, or board certification in ambulatory care.

Position Summary
Provide on-site assistance to participants of all ages with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities as they integrate into Corvallis Parks and Recreation Department programs. Duties include adapting activities, following inclusion support plans, maintaining a safe environment, and promoting a participant's success in a program.
