POSITION SUMMARY
MSB Global Services, LLC is developing one of the largest AI-focused, multi-phase data center campuses in the United States, supported by extensive on-site power generation, microgrid systems, real estate development, and strategic partnerships. The In-House Legal Counsel will serve as the organization’s primary legal authority, advising executive leadership on litigation, corporate governance, contracts, environmental permitting, EPC agreements, and compliance.
This role is responsible for protecting the company’s legal interests, managing risk across all phases of development and construction, structuring complex financial and ownership documents, and ensuring that MSB Global operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
This is a senior, high-impact position requiring exceptional judgment, multi-disciplinary legal expertise, and the ability to operate at the pace and complexity of billion-dollar infrastructure development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Represent MSB Global directly in legal disputes or coordinate strategy with outside counsel.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, and demand letters.
- Manage litigation related to real estate, infrastructure, construction, contracts, land-use, permitting, or municipal/government disputes.
- Develop a legal strategy to protect the company's interests in deposit disputes, wrongful enforcement, breach of contract, and interconnection disagreements.
2. Corporate Law & Governance
- Draft, negotiate, and maintain:
- Private Placement Memoranda (PPMs)
- Class A and Class B share structures
- Membership interest documentation for LLCs
- Operating agreements, bylaws, and shareholder rights
- Create structures to prevent dilution of MSB Global ownership and ensure leadership control is preserved.
- Maintain compliance with federal/state securities laws (including Reg D 506(c) when applicable).
3. Contractual Law & Strategic Partnerships
- Draft and negotiate complex strategic partnership agreements with hyperscalers, investors, utilities, engineering firms, and technology providers.
- Structure joint ventures (JVs) and SPV arrangements for real estate, energy, and data center development.
- Ensure enforceability, risk mitigation, and favorable terms for MSB Global at all times.
4. Employment Law & Company Internal Policies
- Provide guidance on hiring, HR policies, employee relations, and labor compliance.
- Draft and manage:
- Employee handbooks
- Code of Conduct
- Anti-harassment, DEI, safety, and compliance policies
- Discipline procedures and performance documentation
- Support HR with employee contracts, offer letters, NDAs, and confidentiality/intellectual property agreements.
5. Infrastructure Contracting & Construction Law
- Draft, negotiate, and manage:
- EPC agreements (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)
- Prime contracts with general contractors
- Subcontractor agreements
- Supplier contracts for turbines, BESS, electrical equipment, chillers, and related infrastructure
- Advise on change orders, pay applications, delays, LDs (Liquidated Damages), warranty obligations, lien releases, and risk allocation.
6. Lease Agreements (Hyperscalers & Enterprise Tenants)
- Draft and negotiate hyperscale data center leases, including:
- PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) attachments
- Service-level requirements
- Uptime, redundancy, and Tier III/Tier IV expectations
- Expansion rights, renewal terms, early termination penalties
- Damage, liability, and insurance requirements
- Ensure MSB lease terms maximize revenue protection and long-term asset value.
7. Company Policies, Memos & Authority Governance
- Draft executive powers and authorities matrix (e.g., spending limits, approval workflows, signing authorities).
- Prepare board resolutions, corporate notices, memos, and compliance updates.
- Support Executive Team communication through formal legal memoranda.
8. Insurance Policies & Risk Management
- Review, negotiate, and manage:
- Commercial General Liability
- Builder’s Risk
- Professional Liability
- Cybersecurity / Digital Infrastructure
- Property & Casualty
- Environmental liability
- Ensure policy compliance with 380/381 Agreements, municipal requirements, and lender/investor demands.
- Advise on claims, settlements, and coverage disputes.
9. Environmental Permitting & Regulatory Compliance
- Manage environmental and air-quality permitting for gas turbines, microgrids, and large-scale energy systems.
- Prepare filings with TCEQ, EPA, and local authorities.
- Advise on emissions limits, siting requirements, modeling, and reporting obligations.
- Ensure compliance with NEPA components if triggered by federal programs.
- Support the development of environmental impact studies as needed.
10. EPC, Supplier & Contractor Agreements
- Structure all EPC contracts and supply agreements for:
- Generation technologies (fuel cells, gas turbines, reciprocating engines, etc.)
- BESS systems
- Substation equipment
- Mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems
- Ensure scope clarity, warranty protections, performance guarantees, LDs, indemnities, and safety requirements align with project risk profile.
- Manage contract administration throughout project lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; active license to practice law in Texas (or ability to obtain reciprocity).
- 8–15+ years of experience, ideally with a mix of:
- Real estate development
- Construction/infrastructure law
- Energy permitting
- Corporate securities
- Complex commercial contracts
- Tech/data center sector experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated experience drafting high-value EPC, JV, PPA, or data center lease agreements.
- Strong understanding of Texas regulatory environment (Chapter 380/381, Chapter 372, TCEQ, ERCOT/Oncor frameworks).
- Ability to manage risk on multi-billion-dollar projects with speed and accuracy.

Program / Delivery Manager – Property Engagement Platform (PEP)

Overview
Our client, a global hospitality leader, is seeking a Program / Delivery Manager to support the continued rollout and enhancement of their Property Engagement Platform (PEP) — a cloud-based property management system used across thousands of hotel locations worldwide.
PEP powers the day-to-day operations of our clients’ properties, supporting workflows such as guest check-in, housekeeping operations, property services, billing, and operational reporting. The platform is currently deployed across thousands of hotels globally, with ongoing development focused on supporting more complex international and luxury properties that require advanced features such as localization, regulatory compliance, and expanded operational functionality.
This role will support the delivery and coordination of development work between product teams and an external development vendor, ensuring features move smoothly from product concept through development, testing, and release.
This is a hands-on delivery role focused on managing the flow of work, coordinating cross-team dependencies, and providing clear reporting on program progress.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery lifecycle for new features and enhancements within the PEP platform.
- Coordinate development work between product teams, engineering teams, testing groups, and external development vendors.
- Track feature progress from initial product intake through development, sprint execution, and release.
- Manage Jira workflows, ensuring work items are properly tracked and moving through the development lifecycle.

As a Forensic Analyst, you are responsible for managing and conducting investigations related to data collections, forensic data, file, email analysis and data recovery within a wide variety of dynamic environments. - Provide full Computer Forensic analysis of data using established tools and techniques. Perform analytical analysis focused on datasets such as computer operating system logs, pen trap, hard drives, mobile phones, log-ins and activities connections. Use network theory and data mining concepts to reveal relationships, patterns trends and statistics, link analysis, time line analysis and data visualization techniques. Meet expected timelines for customer output and reports, based upon findings per customer objectives. Follow accepted forensic protocol to capture media images and conduct analysis needed to provide output and reports to meet customer objectives within the expected timelines.
- Provide effective professional communication with customers through all forms of communication including direct contact, voice, e-mail, fax, etc, while demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate in a fluent, comprehensive and professional manner
- Provide a high level of customer service and technical support as needed or required. Assist case managers with customer conference calls and questions, and help answer customer questions about reports and accessing output data that has been provided to them
- Learn the proper methods and techniques used for conducting forensic investigations. Show the ability to learn and understand the advanced skills necessary to conduct larger scale computer forensic investigations
- This role may require the individual to be part of an on-call program which may require 24/7 availability from time to time as needed
- Long hours and shift work are a requirement to meet the deadlines of CF projects

Akkodis is seeking a PSP ALI Project Manager / Data Analyst that will oversee the research, maintenance, and accuracy of Automatic Location Identification (ALI) records tied to 911 call routing. This role involves evaluating ALI details related to 911 circuits and trunks across our clients’ systems, as well as information supplied by Originating Service Providers (OSPs) that deliver 911 traffic.
The position is responsible for validating, updating, and managing subscriber‑level ALI information, ensuring that all records are properly added, removed, or corrected as OSPs transition from TDM-based 911 connectivity to SIP-based connections aligned with FCC requirements. The role supports the broader effort of decommissioning outdated OSP TDM circuits as migration activities move to new SIP Points of Interconnect (POIs).
Rate Range: $50/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, and other factors.
Qualifications:
- Support the Wire Center Migration team by performing targeted research requests related to identifying, adjusting, or removing ALI subscriber records for individual OSPs.
- Gather and verify information using internal platforms, online research tools, and applicable regulatory materials.
- Oversee ongoing data collection activities and ensure that the PSP ALI database remains accurate and current.
- Maintain responsibility for all ALI data entry and updates across project data management systems, including being the primary custodian for PSP ALI record maintenance.
- Perform frequent data entry and modifications across various internal applications, particularly Excel and QuickBase.
- Compile and prepare essential information associated with 911 services as part of the Wire Center Migration initiative.
Preferred Experience:
- Understanding of traditional 911 data systems such as ALI, Selective Router Databases (SRDBs), and Master Street Address Guides (MSAGs).
- Familiarity with legacy telecommunications circuit provisioning, associated systems, and how these elements relate to ALI maintenance.
- Working knowledge of older telecom technologies, particularly those used in 911 operations.
- Awareness of TDM-based equipment and circuits and how they interact with ALI databases in emergency service environments.

Primary responsibilities of the Senior Data Analyst include supporting and analyzing data anomalies for multiple environments including but not limited to Data Warehouse, ODS, Data Replication/ETL Data Management initiatives. Qualifications

What You Will Do
Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to develop software to control Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) facilities (flight simulators for missiles).
Determines end user needs by analyzing system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements and input data acquisition. Ensures hardware and software standards are met.

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other STEM related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
