This role is responsible for the overall reliability, maintenance, safety integration, environmental compliance, and capital planning of CITEL’s facility infrastructure. This role ensures optimal operation of building systems, utilities, and surrounding infrastructure while maintaining regulatory compliance and cost efficiency. The Facilities & Maintenance Manager protects the company’s physical assets and supports long-term operational sustainability.


Key Responsibilities


Infrastructure & Utilities Management

  • Oversee HVAC, electrical distribution (480V, 3-phase), plumbing, fire suppression, and building envelope systems.
  • Maintain roof systems, structural integrity, loading docks, parking areas, and site infrastructure.
  • Manage generator systems and emergency power infrastructure.
  • Ensure facility lighting, access control systems, and exterior grounds are properly maintained.


Maintenance Leadership

  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all facility systems.
  • Lead maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure high reliability and reduced downtime.
  • Implement and maintain a CMMS system to track work orders, asset performance, and PM compliance.
