The Role

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Paralegal, based in our Houston, TX office, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Paralegal will provide legal and administrative support to attorneys, which includes preparing and reviewing legal documents, filing in state and federal courts and multi-district litigation, conducting thorough research, case management, attorney calendaring and ensuring compliance with court deadlines. The role also requires maintaining clear communication with legal teams, clients, and other parties as needed, while assisting in trial preparation and litigation support.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation
  • Proficiency in Legal Research and Document Review
  • Excellent Communication skills for working with legal teams, clients, and external parties
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with legal software and technology tools is a plus
  • Certification or degree in Paralegal Studies
  • Prior experience in personal injury, mass tort, or pharmaceutical litigation is advantageous
