Production Supervisor, Shaft Seal (2nd shift) will manage, analyze and facilitate production activities within the shaft seal department. Responsible for communicating with outgoing and incoming supervisor challenges faced during shift. The Production Supervisor, Shaft Seal will report to the Production Manager. Duties and Responsibilities (including and not limited to):
- Responsible for day-to-day meeting of the 2nd shift shaft seal production goals while maintaining both Quality and Safety standards.
- Monitor daily production output and delivers corrective actions for shaft seal department.
- Independently analyzes product and equipment specifications and performance.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager for resource analysis and capacity planning.
- Plan and assign work according to changing priorities.
- Motivates and holds machine operators accountable to achieve daily production goals.
- Initiate continuous improvement activities to improve product flow.
- Train, mentor and supervise the machine operators for continued improvement of skills and development of human capital.
- Perform defect root cause analysis and mitigation.

Job Purpose

Train and direct the activities of production personnel in the areas of equipment operation, quality control requirements, standards and procedures, and recognition of material which should be scrapped or reground.
- Maintain training documentation.
Monitor and analyze machine efficiency and assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions when efficiency rate is below standard.
- Track OEE, changeovers, downtime, scrap, and bottle loss.
- Provide planned downtime to support implementation of corrective measures for improvements.
- Schedule product changeovers in a manner which minimizes downtime and loss of productivity.
Monitor all labor expenses, general labor, OT and temporary labor, weekly, pursuing the Corporate Goal of being the Low Cost Producer.
Maintain employee relations; maintenance of employee calendars, documentation of corrective action, counseling, vacation scheduling and appropriate staffing to meet production needs within budget limits. Measure employee turnover and implement action plans to eliminate employee terminations.
Prepare and maintain necessary production records, machine efficiency records, scrap reports, and other reports as required.
Schedule production to meet customer demand and safety stock requirements.
Supervise the activities of shift supervisors
Schedule and facilitate supervisor meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
Promote teamwork throughout the plant.
Work in conjunction with maintenance personnel on TPM and CLAIR projects.
- Schedule necessary personnel to perform tasks outlined in TPM and CLAIR projects.
- Ensure employees understand and follow all TPM standards established by team members.
May perform the duties of a supervisor as needed or required.
Support the development, implementation, maintenance and ongoing improvement of food safety, food defense, and quality systems to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local government regulatory food safety requirements and Safe Quality Food Institute (SQFI) or British Retail Consortium (BRC) standards.
- Ensure production employees adhere to food safety, food defense, and prerequisite programs (such as security, pest control, foreign material control, allergen control, chemical control, etc.) as required.
- Ensure production processes are performed in a food-safe manner.
- Ensure all housekeeping duties are performed and documented according to the Master Cleaning Schedule.

Experience and Educational Qualifications
Our Production Manager must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Management or Supervision in a manufacturing environment. He/she must have the ability to provide technical guidance through past experience and industry knowledge. He/she should possess strong people skills, leadership qualities, managerial abilities, a sense of urgency, accountability, business ethics, professionalism, self-motivation and the desire and focus to improve the business. Our candidate must be able to read, write and understand English.

This role bridges pre‑sales, estimating, and operations by delivering compliant designs, pricing, documentation, and effective project handoff for SCS RFPs.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a technical advisor to account executives and clients throughout the pre‑sales and proposal lifecycle
• Conduct on‑site surveys to assess infrastructure, pathways, and constructability

The Safety Manager (SM) is responsible for implementing the company’s efforts in the following areas: Safety Management Systems, Risk Management and Loss Reductions, Safety Audits, and Safety Training. The SM would assist with task pertaining to Fleet Operations.
Reports to: Director of Corporate Safety, the Director of Field Operations, Superintendents, Project Executives and Project Managers to assure that the company’s safety policies and procedures are implemented.
Responsibilities and Duties
Safety Management Systems
- Participate as a member of the MTG Safety and Accident Committee
- Provide field observations and suggestions regarding the corporate safety policies and Corporate Safety Plan
- Assist project superintendents and project managers in the development of Job Specific Safety Plans
- Develop Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA’s) based on the intended work
Risk Management and Loss Reduction
- Provide field observations and suggestions regarding opportunities to prevent injuries and accidents, improve safety performance and lower insurance costs

Safety Audits

- Provide daily Predictive Solutions (PS) reports of field audit observations after completion of the audit and provide the appropriate corrective action information to those included in the PS distribution lists
- Assist the project supervisory team to review upcoming work areas to preplan and determine if unidentified safety concerns need to be addressed before work begins
- Follow-up with subcontractor safety representatives to assure that all mitigating actions have been taken, issues have been addressed and resolved, and closed out on the PS audit program
- Assist in OSHA project inspections
- Assure that project safety files & logs are maintained and kept up to date
- Supervise the implementation of SDS communications program
- Assure that all safety signs and safety equipment are adequately supplied to assigned project sites
- Provide support and technical advice to project supervisory team on all safety matters

- Previous experience working within the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, USACE EM385-1-1 Safety & Health Standards, and other federal, state, local or special customer regulations that govern building construction and safety requirements.

The Role

Purpose of the Job
The Project Manager supports the successful delivery of customer implementation projects from initial planning through go-live. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, maintain timelines, monitor budgets, and ensure all quality standards are consistently met. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and the Director of Project Delivery, you will manage key deliverables, facilitate communication across internal teams and customer stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues.

In this role, you will be actively involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. The position requires a strong level of direct interaction with clients and close collaboration with the implementation team, ensuring a smooth and successful delivery experience.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, milestones, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with overall project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Review and validate system requirements developed by project team members to confirm accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer needs.
- Partner with the System Architect and key stakeholders during the system specification phase on larger projects, ensuring technical feasibility and clarity of requirements.
- Drive the functional specification phase by facilitating client meetings, documenting requirements, and ensuring alignment among all parties.
