About the Role
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), trailers, vans and forklifts.
- Disassembles and overhauls motors, transmissions, clutches, rear ends and electrical systems.
- Complete all necessary documents, including vehicle records.
- Manage ordering and inventory of parts.
- Will act as a mentor to the class I & II mechanics.

Requirements:

Primary skills utilized/learned:
- Under the general supervision of the fluoroscopy operator, assists with a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures, which encompass the vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines.

Within the Epilepsy Department, you will be part of a family of caregivers committed to providing state-of-the-art diagnostic technologies and surgical treatment options. Ideal caregiver has at least one year of EEG tech experience or one year of completed associate's degree program.
A caregiver in this position works varying shifts from 7:00PM 7:00AM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Gather data using closed circuit audio/visual equipment and electrophysiological recording instruments.
- Utilize electrophysiological recording instruments using both surface recording electrodes and electrophysiological recording instruments.
- Perform record keeping data using the computer and maintain daily logs of patients' status.
- Use critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to work with minimal supervision.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Associate's Degree in Electroneurodiagnostics or related patient care field OR two years of patient care experience (may substitute for Associate's Degree) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
