Part-Time Massage Therapist- Responsible for providing exceptional guest service while providing massages/other related services to guests for therapeutic and remedial reasons, administering body conditioning treatments by applying various approved substances to the guests body.

Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required Actively promote spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail as well as programs and promotions Handle guests questions and concerns professionally and courteously Provide accurate and immediate responses to all requests by guests ensuring complete guest satisfaction Regularly attend/participate in and support ongoing training to continue to be knowledgeable about current spa trends Must be able to perform all massage treatments offered by Resort spa Basic Qualifications : Licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Hawaii Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills Excellent communication and listening skills Previous experience in a Spa or Hotel environment Previous experience with ability to handle difficult/sensitive situations with minimal/no supervision Ability to confidently utilize service recovery methods Proactive in anticipating guest needs Knowledgeable about Resort and surrounding area Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role Preferred Qualifications: Previous Massage Therapist experience preferred Basic computer knowledge Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Part-Time: Must be available for a minimum of 3 full days of availability, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Housekeeping Custodial Cast Members play an important role our home-away-from-home experience for each of our Guests every day.

The Housekeeping Custodial role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all hotel property.

Custodial Cast Members are responsible for cleaning the Resort’s on stage and backstage locations including all interior and exterior public areas.

Our Hotel Custodial Cast also clean Restaurants, Rest Rooms (Guest and Cast), pool area, lobby, meeting rooms, Spa and Utility/Support with Guest interaction.

Graveyard responsibility also includes some guest room cleaning and room deliveries.

Responsibilities : Maintain cleanliness of all Front of House Guest areas.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Restaurants – Carpet Vacuuming and shampooing, cleaning dry floor surfaces/mats Lobbies – Clean carpets, stairs ways and maintain floor surfaces, walls, doors and windows(vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, buffing, polishing, shampooing) Restroom Locations (Guest and Cast)
- Completely clean, dry and disinfect all restroom fixtures and hard surfaces, including floors and fixtures Back of House Locations

Responsibilities : Housekeeper (AM/PM)- cleans approximately 14 units per day, which includes: making beds, cleaning bathrooms and dusting furniture Change bedding (bed sacks, blankets, duvet covers and inserts where applicable on specified days) Vacuuming and edging carpets, including underneath all furniture, and removing carpet “spots” Clean and touch up windows, walls and baseboards Clean patios/balconies, walls, floors and furniture Fold towels (may require special touches such as folding towels a certain way and crimping toilet paper and tissues) Cleaning of entrance of room including front and back of entrance door, surrounding wall area.

Replace amenities in guest rooms Change shower liners/shower curtains, bed pads, etc.

Cast Members working in entry level culinary positions are responsible for execution of all menu categories and specific recipes for all restaurant menu items including timing, quality, temperature, portion, and presentation.

A Cook 4 will be assisting with all overall culinary production, which includes preparing menu items from recipes, for consumption in hotel restaurants throughout the resort.
