Our In-house agency team is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to join their team on a freelance basis. This is a hybrid onsite role working 40 hrs/week for the next 12 months. Candidates must be local to St. Louis, MO to be considered. 

This Creative Operations Managerwill oversee the creative processes and ensure the efficient execution of projects. This role is pivotal in managing resources, budgets, and team dynamics to deliver high-quality creative outputs that align with the company's objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the creative operations team to ensure effective project execution.
  • Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround times for creative projects.
  • Manage usage of ancillary and contingent support, including managed services, freelancers, vendors and contractors, and all the associated paperwork and processes.
  • Oversee onboarding of new vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Administration of Gen AI technology and updating associated rights and regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on creative objectives.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and reported accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their creative needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of best practices for creative operations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in creative operations or project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Workfront preferred, but will consider those with other project management tools. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Understanding of creative workflows and agency processes.
  • Experience in workflow optimization and process improvement methodologies.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.

The Cardiac Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist) is a certified medical professional responsible for helping doctors and other health professionals diagnose patients' ailments through the operation of special equipment that uses high-frequency sound waves to record images of internal organs. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs diagnostic procedures applying prescribed and proper methods of ultrasound techniques.
  • Generates and produces diagnostic imaging using Doppler, abdominal or other ultrasound procedures: Echo Ultrasound; Vascular Ultrasound and Contrast Echo
  • Selects proper transducer and adjustment of equipment according to the needs required for proper diagnostic testing (subject organ(s) to be examined, depth of field, etc.) along with other requirements for proper and productive testing.
  • Explains the procedures to patients and address their concerns.
  • Keys test data and patient information into computer to maintain record of test results.
  • Assists physician with ultrasound guided biopsies and/or invasive procedures.
  • Maintains equipment according to manufacturer’s requirements and industry standards, at least once a month.
  • Monitors, records and communicates as appropriate the utilization of computerized documentation systems.
  • Utilizes knowledge of age specific needs of patient in performance of duties and responsibilities.
  • Influences and creates SOPs for Ultrasound best practices.
  • Provides a safe environment for administering contrast material.
  • Assists with transporting patients to and from room.
  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
  • Travels to different office locations as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Current Certification in Basic Life Support required.
  • Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.

PAY RANGE:

The posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position.
