Reporting to: Quality Manager
Reason for opening: Site growth. Historically, 1 Quality Supervisor has overseen both South and North Buildings. This individual will be dedicated to the North Building overseeing Quality Technicians and Quality Operations
Overview: The role involves significant documentation review (25-30%), people management/meetings (20%), on-floor support and issue resolution (40%), and miscellaneous tasks (10%).
Shift: M - F day shift, with the need for flexibility to work weekends as required.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a food safety background (PCQI) and experience supervising direct reports, ideally 3-5 quality technicians.

This position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and will directly supervise employees in the QA Lab. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will be responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of quality programs in Affton facility.

• Implements various components of quality assurance program comprised of data analysis, systems evaluation, product assessment and quality technology.
• Directs inspection of hardware and systems audit to ensure proper application of management system procedures.
• Directs and participates in completion of environmental monitoring and positive release requirement.
• Responsible for raw material, in process and finished goods quality inspection.
• Directs and advises personnel in special test procedures to analyze components and physical properties of product materials.
• Compiles and analyzes test information to determine operating efficiency of process or equipment and to diagnose malfunctions.
• Investigates complaints on existing products and responds to vendor or customer.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet testing schedules.
• Maintains and revises all SOP’s, SSOP’s and forms in the document management system.
• Supports commissioning, qualification and validation for capital projects.
• Trains all personnel on programs related to implementation of the quality and food safety management system including on-boarding, annual and ad hoc training.
• Oversees sanitation responsibilities as assigned.

Job Duties- Maintains accountability for the provision of surgical instruments to the surgical team. Coordinates the care of the surgical patient with other team members. - Primary Aspects: Anticipates surgeon and operative team members needs regarding care delivery, maintaining sterile technique and comfort. Assist surgeon in a knowledgeable, efficient and courteous manner. Knows procedure and/or utilizes preference cards to assure instrument and equipment needs are available so team can stay patient focused: participates in updating preference cards. Inspects instruments and power equipment prior to use to assure operational order and troubleshoots, reports, and removes faulty instrument and equipment from service. Performs or assists in sterile preps as needed/requested by monitoring aseptic techniques of surgical team members at field, reporting and correcting breaks in sterile technique immediately, and controlling location of contaminated instruments and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Required Education: HS Diploma or GED. Non-certified applicants may be considered for this position with acceptable surgical technology experience.
- Required Experience: Must have at least one year of Surgical Tech experience
- Preferred Education: Surgical Technology experience or Graduate with a Degree in Surgical Technology or completion certification from an accredited surgical technology program preferred.

- Expert in navigating technical documents related to manufacturing / repair documents and/or blueprints (detail, assembly or installation drawings).
- Confers with management/client to understand work situation.
- Delivers training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialty.
- Evaluates training programs and reports on trainee progress.
- Maintains training programs and materials.
- Prepare training areas to be teach ready
Qualifications:
- Education, training and prior aerospace experience in structures including but not limited to Heavy Structures, Drill and Fill, Fastener Install and Removal, Bond and Ground and Sealing preferred
- Presentation skills or training/teaching background/experience
- Ability to travel 10-15% if needed
