PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working under the supervision of our Safety Director, the Safety Specialist will:
- Perform regular site visits of active projects to ensure compliance with the Safety Plan
- Assist in the development of project safety documents for field operations
- Develop and review the Accident Prevention Plan (APP); Write Job Hazards Analysis (JHA)s, as directed and/or needed. Provide onsite safety training and education
- Work as a team member with project management, quality control, subcontractors and other personnel to ensure cooperation and adherence with safety inspections, corrections and compliance
- Assist with investigation and recording accidents and workmen's compensation claims
- Maintain record keeping documents as required by OSHA and prepare and research safety needs and expectations
- Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization

The Role:
The primary responsibility of the Senior Preconstruction Manager is to intake and steer construction opportunities through the RFP stage of estimating and preconstruction, all the way through a successful buyout and purchasing phase, before turning the project over to Operations. The Senior Preconstruction Manager will coordinate heavily with Corporate Operational leadership and resources, as well as the Estimating team for the purpose of submitting comprehensive proposals during the project pursuit and pre-construction phases. The successful candidate will be able to identify, coordinate, and communicate proposal development between all internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all project pursuit and pre-construction deliverables from commencement of project pursuit with Corporate, Operational leadership and Estimating
- Review project documentation for quality, content, and constructability
- Identify all required deliverables for the project pursuit / pre-construction effort, and make assignments to the appropriate internal/external stakeholder
- Manage the project pursuit / pre-construction effort timeline, setting deadlines as required to ensure an on time and quality deliverable to the client

- Assure potential risk factors have been evaluated and reviewed with management
- Coordinate constructability resolutions and request pricing of alternative design concepts

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction

The Director of Preconstruction is a critical team member responsible for overseeing project strategy development, management of risk, fostering business growth, and creating and advancing relationships with clients and partners. Job Responsibilities
- Hands-on development and implementation of client EHS programs, including: Biosafety, Chemical Safety, Radiation Safety, Hazard Communication, Emergency Preparedness, Additional OSHA specific safety programs as needed.

The Medical Administrative Coordinator provides support for an Interdisciplinary team with the primary responsibility for scheduling and managing appointments as well as transportation. - Maintains all current and inactive participants’ charts as directed.
- Develops and maintains relationships with existing and new transportation providers and outside specialty offices.
- Works directly with transportation vendors to schedule rides to/from the ADH as well as outside medical appointments based on safety and efficiency.
- Conducts transportation quarterly audits to ensure compliance with CMS for successful surveys.
- Participates in Element Care Committees, as required, and communicates relative information back to the team.
- Perform various clerical and administrative functions, such as ordering and maintaining an inventory of supplies.
- Verifies all demographic and insurance information with hospitals/specialty offices and makes changes as necessary.
- Brings organization and sense of calm to chaotic situations, as necessary, while maintaining standards.
- Ability to pass a fit test. Position requires mask where seal is critical. Incumbent is required to not have facial hair that interferes with a tight seal of the respirator.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Two years experience as a Secretary; Experience as a Medical Secretary-Preferred
- Certified in Medical Terminology- Preferred
- Electronic Medical Record experience- Preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively in a high pressure environment.
- Organizational skills, problem solving skills and ability to prioritize work.

The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for planning and providing patient care for patients in accordance with established Nursing Standards of Care. The new Center for Inpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Somerville will provide a transformative continuum of patient and family-centered care for diverse youth with mental health needs.
The Adolescent Unit is a secured psychiatric unit that provides care for children between the ages of 12 and 18. The unit is located in Somerville Hospital. This is an acute care unit, working on assessment, stabilization and after care treatment planning. We have a multidisciplinary team focused on teaching self-regulation, de-escalation and restraint reduction. This approach is used to provide patient and family centered care.
