Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership while ensuring implementation of clinical
objectives and quality patient care in assigned areas.

• Supervise and Develop Staff: Lead nursing and support teams by directing daily activities, providing input on hiring, and facilitating ongoing training and performance evaluations.

• Coordinate Patient Assignments: Assess daily care needs to develop and distribute strategic staff assignments that meet productivity standards and patient requirements.

• Manage Shift Operations: Exercise independent judgment to plan services, set priorities based on patient/physician dynamics, and justify any operational variances to leadership.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
