Job Summary:
Manages philanthropy communications systemwide and a comprehensive philanthropy communications calendar in support of market-based philanthropy teams and their fundraising goals. Provides communications support for sustained gifts program directed toward individual donors to include associate giving, grateful patient acquisition programs, donor retention and growth of major gifts pipeline. Works closely with the leadership and foundation staff systemwide to increase the number and value of annual, mid-level, and major donors. Supervises and instructs site-level philanthropy teams on systemwide sustained giving processes, collateral, and objectives.

Essential Functions:
- Develops annual philanthropy communications plans in collaboration with each site in support of goals and strategies, including precise and practical deadlines to maximize annual and mid-level giving from individual donors in concert with overall organizational goals. Achieves strategic plan targets to increase its support from the community.
- Directs the coordination and promotion of sustained giving toolkits, including associate giving campaign materials and training. Responsible for managing and maximizing the philanthropy communications program ROI.
- Ensures appropriate and adequate tracking, acknowledgment, and recognition of all philanthropy communications. Provides staff leadership for the employee donation campaign to secure annual employee campaign goals. Implements annual plan of direct mail and other annual giving programs.
- Manages direct response vendor relationship and coordinates with them preparing and customizing site appropriate materials.
- Collaborates with marketing and communications at system and site level and with the donor digital engagement coordinators to ensure continuity across delivery mechanisms.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

- Download and process field data
- Perform various computations including closure, precision, and calculations for surveys, plats, easements, etc.

Responsibilities:

Pursuit & Proposal Leadership
- Manage multiple concurrent pursuits, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and interview materials.
- Facilitate pursuit strategy by collaborating with project managers, client leaders, designers, and marketing staff to identify win themes and align messaging with client priorities.
- Synthesize complex technical and operational information into clear, compelling written responses that communicate the firm’s value and expertise.
- Edit and refine contributions from pursuit team members to ensure consistency with brand voice, messaging strategy, and professional standards.

Essential Functions:
- Sets the vision and leads the execution of IT applications and informatics strategy aligned with business goals of the organization, at a system level. Serves as a core member of the IT executive team, influencing digital strategy and enterprise innovation. Leads multi-year roadmaps for application modernization, data infrastructure, and informatics programs, aligned to the organization's transformation goals and objectives. Identifies optimization and enhancement opportunities in the business applications for the organization based on short and long-term goals set for the organization.
- Develops the application portfolio roadmap for the ERP suite and create TCO plans aligned to achieve, leveraging new, innovative technologies where possible, such as A.I. and RPA functions. Oversees the architecture, development, and lifecycle management of operational systems, including (but not limited to) enterprise resource planning (ERP), supporting third-party tools and technologies, and analytics applications as part of the business intelligence capabilities for shared services at the system level. Directs teams of developers, analysts, and IT professionals to deliver high-impact digital solutions.
- Partners to lead data governance, data quality, and interoperability initiatives within the ERP portfolio, connecting with application leaders where needed. Collaborates with analytics and quality teams to leverage informatics in support of business, and operational performance improvement.
- Acts as a key liaison between business executives and operational staff with IT, translating business needs into digital solutions that enhance business, e.g. shared services processes. Drives user adoption of systems through stakeholder engagement, training, and iterative optimization. Leads change management initiatives around system upgrades, workflow redesign, and digital transformation.
- Ensures all systems and data strategies comply with regulatory requirements, including healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH). Establishes governance structures to prioritize IT and informatics initiatives based on business impact and ROI.
