Director of Customer Service & Call Center Operations
The Director of Customer Service & Call Center Operations is a senior leader responsible for building and leading a high-performing, culturally competent contact center serving a predominantly Asian senior Medicare population within a fully delegated, full-risk PCP IPA / MSO environment.
This role oversees patient, provider, and broker service experience while driving operational excellence, team development, and value-based care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Patient & Partner Experience Leadership
- Champion a patient-first, culturally aligned service model for Asian elderly patients and caregivers
- Ensure high standards for empathy, clarity, first-call resolution, and timely access to care
- Oversee service delivery for patients, PCP practices, specialists, and broker partners
- Translate feedback and complaints into measurable service improvements
People Leadership & Culture
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline customer service teams
- Foster a respectful, accountable, and service-driven culture
- Oversee onboarding and training focused on Medicare Advantage, cultural sensitivity, and service excellence
Operations & Performance Management
- Oversee daily contact center operations (phone, digital, portal)
- Manage KPIs including CSAT, NPS, FCR, ASA, abandonment rate, and quality scores
- Optimize staffing, workforce planning, and seasonal readiness (AEP/OEP)
- Use data and dashboards to drive continuous improvement
Value-Based Care & Clinical Partnership
- Align contact center workflows with care gap closure, AWVs, preventive screenings, and post-discharge outreach
- Partner with Clinical, Quality, and Care Management teams to improve outcomes and member retention
Compliance & Systems
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and Medicare Advantage regulations
- Partner with IT to optimize telephony, CRM, and contact center technologies
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of healthcare customer service or call center leadership experience
- Experience in Medicare Advantage, managed care, IPA/MSO, ACO, or value-based care environments
- Proven success leading large frontline service teams
- Bilingual in English and at least one Asian language (e.g., Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog) – Required
- Strong understanding of culturally competent service for senior populations
Preferred:
- Experience serving Asian or immigrant senior populations
- Familiarity with EMR, CRM, and workforce management systems
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Service Excellence training

DMF is looking for a recent Electrical Engineering graduate with a passion for electronics and circuit design to join our new product development team. In this role you will work on developing industry leading LED lighting and IOT products with exposure to everything from ideation to detailed circuit design, analysis, prototyping and validation. The candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic and growing engineering team with room to innovate, learn and grow rapidly.
This role is onsite in Carson, CA.
The salary range is $75,000 to $100,000 (based on skills/knowledge/experience).
Responsibilities:
- Support the Electrical Engineering team in the design and qualification of compact LED drivers incorporating switch mode power supplies and associated control and communication circuits.
- Execute hardware testing and report results for review.
- Perform detail circuit design, simulation and prototyping under the direction of a senior engineer.
- Troubleshoot field returns, identifying root cause of problem and potential design improvements.
- Work with a cross functional team consisting of Mechanical engineers, Firmware engineers, Industrial Designers, and Project Managers supporting the overall product development effort.
- Follow the company product development process, conduct design reviews and interface with other engineers and departments to ensure an efficient transfer from design to production.
Requirements:
- Passionate about solving problems, using technology, and building product.
- Ideally, 2 or more years of professional experience with exposure to circuit design or testing within the consumer or industrial electronics sector.
- Knowledgeable with the fundamentals of electronics, components, and circuit design
- Hands on experience with electronics through professional experience, personal projects or college assignments.
- Able to communicate in an effective and professional manner (written and oral).
- High level of maturity and organization with a healthy obsession to learn
- Experience with microcontrollers and firmware is a plus.

The role of the Director, Payments is to own the strategy to optimize approval rates, payment provider fees, chargebacks, and ensure compliance with regulations. This person will be comfortable developing and utilizing reporting to identify areas for opportunity and optimization, working cross-functionally to implement changes, managing payment providers, and directing the operations of the fraud team.
Major Responsibilities:

- Develop payment strategy to increase authorization rates while minimizing cost across Revolve markets
- Develop reporting on approval rates, payment fees, and chargebacks to drive strategic and operational decisions
- Work cross-functionally to implement changes to internal payments and fraud systems, as well as partner integrations
- Manage relationships with payment vendors
- Own payment and fraud KPI’s
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and enhance internal tools and manage integrations
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards related to payments
- Direct the fraud team
- Understand the e-commerce fraud environment and quickly react to new fraud trends
Required Competencies:
